Absolutely terrible customer service and manager. They tell you what you need to hear to get the sale and then everything changes. Supposed to have a refund coming for delivery that was screwed up. Been waiting on that for 4 weeks and can’t get any update,Other than the checks in the mail and they can’t control the postal service. 4 weeks, really?!Have been leaving messages at customer care for a week now and no return phone calls.Finally have our order complete, but after this experience wish we had not purchased La Z Boy.We have been loyal La Z Boy customers for 15 plus years, but no more.After a bad experience at the Tyler store and now the Rockwall store we will no longer buy La Z BoyBUYERS BEWARECustomer service after the sale does not existSo disappointed

We were met by a very polite and professional salesman who gave us space to look around, finally giving us the info we needed to make the right choice for a leather recliner. It was a very pleasant experience.?

Ordered by phone, delivered exactly day they promised. Wish they would of told me they going on sale, only reason I gave 4 stars, otherwise great customer service. The Delivery driver was very professional and quick!! Even moved over the old chair!!

Purchased whole living room set including lamps and rug. Big mistake. Rug was delivered with snags and store manager nor area manager would do anything about it. Very expensive rug but looks like one that was purchased from a used, thrift store. Very disappointed. Noticing now that the 2 recliners are wobbly and creak and sound like they will fall apart any moment. The construction of them looks like something you purchase in parts and put together yourself, or by a 12 year old. The items in the showroom floor will never be the same as what they deliver to your home!! It's a bait and switch all the way around. Look up reviews and sites on Facebook to see all the dissatisfied customers and pics of the garbage this company sells now. It's not the same Lazy Boy it use to be. Look up La-Z-Boy Dissatisfied Customers and La-Z-Boy Furniture Sucks on Facebook. Not only are their products cheap and poorly constructed, their customer service is even worse!! Only gave them 1 star because I had to for this post. Buyer beware!!!!!

Don’t buy lazyboy, the customer service is terrible since they were bought out a few months ago by another company!!!The store is fine, sales people fine, just quality of furniture has gone way down hill but not the prices & customer service is terrible. Go to another trusted brand, this one no longer is. We’ve had lazyboy furniture for 20 years & just recently had tons of issues. Will no longer be buying from lazyboy!

Store is fine. Product is good.We purchased a sleeper loveseat, a couch, and a recliner loveseat.After you've spent money, it seems La-Z-Boy is done with you.TWICE I used the web based contact form to inquire about purchasing accessories for the existing recliner. No reply over a 4 week period.I used the "Get Live Help" phone number listed on the website. While on hold, I heard a message at 6 min, 11 min, 28 min, 33 min, & 39 min that informed me my wait time was now less than 2 minutes! Pitiful.At 51 minutes I disconnected the call rather than wait "for the next comfort care representative".Customer Service is non-existent with La-Z-Boy it would seem, since they have had MANY opportunities to show differently. Consider this when you shop this brand.

My fiancé and I went in to find him a recliner, after trying out several floor models, finally he decided which he preferred. We went to inquire about it, were told it would have to be ordered. Was told by the sales lady he would have 10 days to try it, and could return it before then with a $50 restocking fee. We received recliner (6 months later) and after actually sitting in it for longer than a few minutes, he doesn’t like it. Called manager he said no return on special orders , but they might be able to trade it out for another chair. So basically we are stuck with it, $2600 later and 6 months waiting! Very frustrating! And disappointing!

I order a couch and love seat and the love seat was supposed to have usb charging ports and it didn’t a upgrade I paid for and when I called I was told the manager was out and would call me a week goes by and nothing so I call again and I get told the same story I will never buy anything from them or lazyboy in general again

Very nice showroom, friendly staff, very knowledgeable about their products. We worked with Kevin today and he was great,He showed us around the store, and answered our questions about their recliners.I will be back to work with Kevin when it's time to purchase ours

It wasn't a perfect experience. But they earned the 5 star rating for their efforts in making it rightWe bought a sleeper sofa and a recliner. They delivered on time as promised. It was challenging but they got them nto the room we wanted them in. After they left we pulled out the sleeper to ready it for guests only to realize it was the wrong mattress. Within two weeks they had picked up the wrong one and delivered the correct one.Mistakes happen, it's what happens next that defines you as a business. They've earned our respect and appreciation.
