This store was just okay for me compared to other Lane Bryant's in other states. If you know your size, you'd be better off going online. I will say LB is the only place I get my bras and although the cater to those of us more blessed in the chest area, I recently found that you can find smaller sizes online, like 34b, etc.

I’ve been a loyal Lane Bryant customer since 2015, and I’ve never had an experience as disappointing as my recent visit. When I arrived to pick up my packages, the staff initially couldn’t locate them. Michelle, the associate assisting me, seemed more concerned with whether I had received the confirmation email than actually helping me find my items. I showed her multiple emails regarding different orders, and only after going to the back did she manage to locate the other packages—without offering an apology or taking any accountability for the confusion.
I also asked to try on my purchased items, which were in multiple bags, and requested an extra bag to help carry everything more easily. Instead, the employee offered to take the bags to the fitting room for me. While I appreciated the gesture on the surface, it felt a bit uncomfortable—almost as if there was a concern I might walk off with the items, even though everything had already been paid for. That made me feel uneasy and judged.
To top things off, while I was doing an exchange, I tried to clarify whether the new item I was purchasing was final sale. Before I could even finish my question, Michelle abruptly cut me off with, “I’m aware.” It came off as dismissive and unnecessarily short.
I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but the overall tone and treatment were not what I’ve come to expect from Lane Bryant. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always felt welcomed and respected during past visits. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others moving forward.

This store is amazing. They have classy clothes that are perfect for work. They have sizes that fit which is a huge plus. The girls that work in the store are super sweet and helpful. Lane Bryant has jeans, active wear, bras, dress pants, cardigans, and so much more. I'll definitely shop here again ☺️

Valorie and her team are always so awesome! This is my favorite Lane Bryant location to shop at! I always leave with a confidence boost and new goodies to add to my wardrobe!

I have been shopping at this Lane Bryant location for over 5 years. It's hands-down the absolute BEST! The staff are all so knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond to get what you need! I stock-up in their semi-annual sales and their bras are just wonderful! Wouldn't shop anywhere else! Get the free fitting - it's so helpful to also help determine what is the best fit and sizing. The "girls" change from time to time and we need a good fitting to make sure we're wearing the right fit and it's comfortable! Thank you Lane Bryant! They've got you covered!

It's always such am awesome experience shopping at this location! The staff is so helpful and just the kindest group of ladies!Store is always clean as well as the fitting rooms :) For sure my favorite location I have ever shopped at. The clothes last and wear well too !!

A quick in and out. I just needed some intimates, which would only take a couple of minutes. I wasn't there to do anymore shopping besides what I actually need. I go here because I know they have what I need and it will fit better, be more comfortable, and last longer than the average discount department store items. The lady showed me where to find my size, I picked out five of the cutest items, then left. Took only seven minutes, and even though the clothing I saw on the way out was intriguing, l kept walking, but trust me, I wanted to browse. Maybe another time.

Had a great experience at the Rockwall Lane Bryant. Ms. Joanne was great in making sure I received the proper fitting for my recent weight loss journey results. Afterwards I picked out some nice pieces and she assisted in letting me know that there was a sale and which pieces were apart of said sale.Once completed and ready to checkout, Ms. Victoria reassured if there was anything I missed (I added a few more pieces at the counter ??) and once my transaction was completed, and I received Lane Style Cash, I was ready to go!Amazing customer service and I will be returning again for more pieces!
