I’ve had a ok experience with USA Storage Centers in Rockwall Texas. The facility is clean secure and well maintained, and it’s clear it’s run by someone who is neatly organized. Any questions I’ve had were answered. Is the storage facility and management were ok all the way around

I have rented a storage unit for 2 years. I just downsized to the smallest unit. So clean, great lighting, controlled access gates. First class place, I feel comfortable stopping by and grabbing things alone. Nice place management is so helpful!

USA Storage Center is a very clean facility. The manager Nicole is very helpful in helping me with picking the right size unit for my needs and I received a free lock.
She also explained the convenience of the online payments. Thank you for all your help.

Since USA Storage took over the previous company in Rockwall-Heath and put Nicole in charge of the place, the service and access to a live person has increased 1000%!!! She gives phenomenally amazing service for all of my ridiculously idiotic needs! Cannot recommend this place enough now! 😀We were seriously about to move to another company due to how bad the previous company was!!! Welcome to Rockwall-Heath, USA Storage!!!

Funny, it's a very clean place and obviously there is a human working at the facility, but I have had no luck finding that human. No one answers the phone, no one responds to voice mail, and no one has been in the office when I try to visit in person. Very difficult to deal with.
