I recently paid my bill at the Lowes in Rockwall and inadvertently left my envelope with my receipts and some other papers there. The Cash Administrator, Angie Havens, returned my items to me in the mail with a nice note. I really appreciate that kind of customer service! Many thanks and kudos to Angie--she is quite an asset for your company.

I was helped out by Anthony today and honestly blown away by his service, if the rest of the staff at Home Depot were half as helpful / friendly as he is at Lowe’s I’d maybe consider going over there. He should be someone in a leadership position for how he interacts and helps customers.

This by far is the worst Lowes I have ever been in. As a pro I generally stay clear of lowes since HD treats Pros 10000% better. However, I have saved customers a lot of money shopping Lowe’s back wall. The on duty ASM has always provided an extra percentage off my total since I generally have one or two cary fulls. Every Lowe’s I’ve ever asked for a discount on back wall items I’ve always been given one….including previously at the rockwall store. I don’t mind being told no but there is a respectful way to treat and talk to your customer. Pedro was anything but respectful. He was downright demeaning and when I asked to speak to the manager he flatly refused my request. He didn’t say that the manager wasn’t available or I could leave a message or he could have him call me. Just no. And here I thought people in sales advocated for their customers???? Time for Pedro to go.

Bought few Craftsman yard care tools. a 20V lawn mower, a 20V shrub trimmer, a 20 V leaf blower and a 20 V weed eater few days ago. When I opened the boxes today, I was surprised to find the mower is an open box and used one. There are a lot of grass clippings and all the components are loosely packed in the box. I went back to store and requested to exchange for a new one and they did it for me without any problems. I am wondering why they sold the used mower as new.

I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years. I know the layout of this location and find it easy to navigate. I have purchased many items over the years from yard supplies, grills, appliances, paint, nails, power tools, and lumber. On my last visit, I purchased Bonnie's brand fresh Basil, Rosemary and Lavender. These plants were on sale 3 for $9.99. These plants were healthy and very fragrant. These are a detriment to wasp, and I am planting these under my windows to prevent wasp nest. Let's hope this works. If not I back to Lowe's for wasp killer spray. Those guys are nasty. I also purchased mulch and stepping stones. I was sadden to find out the always smiling and positive staff member Cheryl was leaving her position as cashier. She's always been a pleasure to interact with because of her upbeat personality with great customer service skills. She's a gem. Lowe's you should be doing more to keep these staff members who know how to talk to your customers. This loyal customer will miss here.
The store is always clean, and restrooms are located all the way in the back left of the center behind appliances. There is plenty of parking in this location, including handicapped. Easy road access from Stegar off of Ridge Road or from Ralph Hall Parkway. Staff are friendly but can be hard to find at times.

Had a washing machine delivered while out of town. Daughter came over to get it installed. So, return from trip and washer doesn't work. Call Lowe's and they tell us too bad it's been over 48 hour's. So beware of their very limited return policy.

My first time buying at this store and I have a bad experience I buy a kitchen stove I try return it the store manager said I can’t do because I don’t have the box the box was taken by the delivery driver they installed it I don’t buy again at this store

It’s clean, staff is friendly but you have to hunt them down and if it is within an hour of closing the staff wants to leave so bad that it almost feels like you are rudest person for causing any complications that near to closing.
The people in the customer service “no joke” fast walked almost approaching running speed for their cars when the person began the closing announcement.
The store is much cleaner than Home Depot. And for the average homeowner they stock their shelves with very comparable products as Home Depot. In general in my experience they are slightly more expensive but not by much.
Over all I had a good experience they just need to work on making their employees acknowledge customers and look around every once in a while. I never got anyone to help me and I was spending 1000+ on home renovations. I ended up going by Home Depot for more than half of the remaining items. Oven-all it was a good experience and they have some things that Home Depot doesn’t carry, so go check em out and see if you agree.
