I have had the best customer service with Santina and Steve at the Lowe's Pro desk. If you want great service, see them at the Rockwall location.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ROCKWALL LOCATION IS AWFUL—Spend thousands of dollars in this store every year. DENIED a return with a receipt because it was over 90 days. Just bought a $2k refrigerator from Lowe’s. Offered a My Lowe’s #, drivers license, even credit card it was purchased with. All I wanted was a store credit. SHUT DOWN. DO NOT PASS GO. No problem. We are doing a major remodel o our kitchen including countertops, back splash and appliances. Also will be getting new washer and dryer. You guys LOST A GUEST FOR LIFE OVER A $50 return—- brand new product with receipt. Home Depot and NFM here we come

Most of the associates are kind and helpful. I was definitely asking plenty of questions, as I’m making a dog house for the first time, and both associates I spoke with were patient and answered my questions to the best of their ability. I did encounter an associate at checkout that seemed like she was in a nasty mood, and never once spoke to me.

This store seems to always be under staffed and personnel is under trained. When you ask for a product it seems that only a select few employees know where products are. A customer has to find the personnel that does know, wait for extended periods of time to be called via the intercom, or just try to find the product yourself. In addition, the mobile application is not up to date with the inventory of the store which doesn’t allow one to self help themselves. This is specific to the Rockwall location. The Garland location is on point. It’s unfortunate that I have to take my business elsewhere as this store closer to where I live.

Bought a Halloween tree for 269 plus tax. They marked all there stuff down over 50 percent off .Spoke with customer service manager and she hangs up on me because I wanted her name .Next day spoke to Asst. manager and is willing to give me a adjustment if it was less than 30 days. This item I bought August but just put it out a week ago. They won't honor the 90 day return or that when you use Lowes card .The tree sign fell off because it was hot glued.Customer service told me they have to take it back because its damaged .Which I'm giving there trash back and they can throw it in trash.I know now to keep buying from Home Depot .The products are better and they vaule their customers.

To begin, I want to clarify that this is our first experience with a kitchen remodel, and, quite frankly, we hope it's the last. If I could rate this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. Where do I even start? Our first mistake was walking into the store. We had been on the hunt for new countertops for quite some time. Initially, I was hesitant to go to a big-box store for countertops, but after a year of searching, we finally found what we liked at Lowes and made the purchase in June. We asked when they would be installed, and the lady told us 7-14 days. Perfect, we thought, as we had family coming over to help with our backsplash during the week of the 4th of July. Well, when did our countertops arrive? At the end of July/ beginning of August. So, installing backsplash was an expense we weren't planning for suddenly fell into our laps. Thanks, Lowes. When I ask for them to compensate me this the response I get, "we'll see if there's anything we can do". I understand that supply issues can occur, but Lowes should have been more diligent in confirming this before giving customers a 7-14 day estimate. Once our countertops were finally installed, we noticed two lines running through the quartz. When we reached out to Lowes, the customer service experience was far from satisfactory. Blue Sky, the contractor responsible for the installation, came to take pictures and submitted a claim. Our countertops were eventually reinstalled at the very end of October. To our dismay, the corners were still in poor condition - a terrible job. They attempted to fix it at our house but eventually had to take the countertop back to the shop to get it done correctly. They returned on November 1st to take the countertops back to the shop for corrections. They redelivered the countertop on November 2nd, but the corners were still off. Kyle, an employee of Blue Sky, defended their work, claiming he had witnessed the machine doing it. However, being present does not guarantee a job done right. Throughout this ordeal, I have tried to remain calm, but it's evident that Blue Sky prioritizes quantity over quality. They should have caught the issues with the lines in the first slab and the shoddy workmanship the second time. Instead, it seems like they are simply hoping the client will accept subpar work. Moreover, after the last installation, the sink isn't even set straight. Plumbers who came to connect everything confirmed this and pointed out the horrendous caulk job, which wasn't even done properly. Blue Sky consistently did an inadequate job throughout this entire process. Now, we have to invest more of our time due to their incompetence and have them, Lowes, and us examine these counters. When the Lowes representative asked about our availability, and we provided it, she responded with an inconsiderate "we'll have to see if that works for everyone else as they are pretty busy." This lack of concern from Lowes is truly frustrating. These are the cliff notes are this fiasco and in conclusion, my advice is to stay far, far away from Blue Sky and Lowes.

I wanted a specific shower head. Unfortunately, I had to drive to Terrell to find it. I live in Rockwall. The kicker is it was $20 cheaper at Lowes.

I have made possibly my last trip to lowes. They do not care about the customer. 1. They had every wood cart covered with their own crap. None for the customer use. 2. No checkers anymore. Everyone is made to line up in a single line to check themselves out. 3. Been into the store several times and they are out of stock of normal items. 4. Employees there could care less about helping you. I am sooooo done!!!

I went to buy a refrigerator today, that was on sale, after researching it on the internet. When I got to Lowes, only 1 person working in the whole appliance department. After 20 minutes of the sales clerk ignoring me and the other people in line, I said loud enough for the other customers and the clerk to hear, why doesn't she call for help. Only then did she pick up the phone to ask for help. I would have asked her discreetly, to ask for help, but she never acknowledged my presence, or any of the other customers. This store always seems to be understaffed. The manager came to help and there were various excuses about not having enough help. He was nice though and he helped me order and pay for my refrigerator. Customer service needs improvement, and when you have an appliance sale, expect extra business. The customer's time is valuable also, and if I hadn't already selected my refrigerator, I would have left and gone 10 minutes away to Home Depot.

I went to 2 stores in Forney looking for 2 more bottles of a spray paint I needed for a project I already started. The stores in Forney didn't have the finish I needed in stock (satin). I was looking for rustoleum satin protective enamel. This store not only had the right finish for me, but their entire stock was much better organized and kept than the other stores. I really appreciated that and wanted to make sure I left a good review in return.

Bought 2 LG Stainless Steel dishwashers with stainless Tubs. Received a discount of $75 so bought at $424. Realized only LG or Maytag or Kitchen-aid had a 10 year motor warranty. Others only had a 1 year warranty. Delivered free but only bummer was they both had to go to that 1 address

I purchased a new appliance and paid for installation and take away. They didn't tell me to disconnect the old appliance and I didn't ask. Maybe the flooring guy shouldn't be selling appliances. The delivery/installation guy just shrugged his shoulders and said "didn't they tell you?" Called the store and spoke with a manager, he told me he thought unhooking the old unit was part of the service. He told me he would check on it and call me back. He never called. The install cost me 200.00 rather than $50.

Lowe's is a good place to find the things you need for home repairs. And there aren't really any other choices in Forney at this time.
