The location is great, near dining and shops, with a new HEB being built next door. Move-in is simple and hassle-free. Residents are very happy and highly recommend it.

I wanted to share how much I have enjoyed living here at Marquis Rockwall. The residence office staff has been incredible to me as making sure that everything is going well. Also, the maintenance crew has been very helpful whenever I needed them. I feel part of the family here. Just what I was looking for.

Fernondo did a great job on the repairs I needed. Repairs were completed within a few hours after my request and all is working fine.
