I had an agreed-upon arrangement with having two memberships for my husband and me. We've maintained these memberships for two plus years, and when I reached out to transfer credits, the office manager refused to give me a call.
I called a number of ten plus times within two weeks and left six messages to get a call. It wasn't until they relentlessly gave me the corporate number that I received a call. That number led me to payroll, which did reach out to her, and she called me within 45 mins. Explain to me why I'm having to jump through hoops and there is essentially no manager above this location that I can speak with.
The services are great, but management couldn't be worse. Would not recommend to anyone again and will be canceling my membership after two plus years on principle and lack of communication.
Looking over other reviews it seems I’m not the only one having issues with office staff. The sad part is that the therapists will be the ones losing customers.

Dallas location is top tier, however not thrilled with the level of service at this location. Will be cancelling my membership as well as all company memberships we signed up for due to the overall nature of customer service. Simple basic requests could not be met as well as basically being sold a $10 discount on services which my membership should include much more than that, unhelpful scheduling and not offering alternative scheduling…..gross

This was such an amazing experience. Charlotte was a fantastic masseuse, and handled firm and light pressures perfectly! She also did pressure point holds on my traps and that felt really relieving. All around such a great massage, and could not recommend Charlotte enough. Booking the appointment was super easy as well, and the paper work didn't take long when I got there.

I’ve been a loyal client at Massage Envy and have seen Emmie for nearly a year—even before becoming a member. She’s an exceptional therapist, and my sessions with her have always been positive. I’ve also supported the business by gifting Massage Envy gift cards to others during the holidays, so my connection to the brand goes beyond just routine visits. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Renee at the front desk left me disappointed in how both my appointment and membership were handled.
I had a 4:30PM appointment scheduled for June 19th and called that morning to ask if I could reschedule due to an unexpected conflict. I acknowledged the 24-hour cancellation policy and apologized, but I hoped an exception might be made given that I wasn’t canceling entirely, I simply wanted to move the appointment to a later date that week with the same therapist, who I confirmed had availability. I also mentioned that I’ve never canceled or rescheduled last minute before and have always shown up on time for every appointment.
Renee was unwilling to offer any flexibility. The only option presented was that I wouldn’t be charged for the appointment if it was filled before the scheduled time; an outcome I had no control over. She also claimed the appointment had been confirmed the day before, but I received no call or voicemail. When I asked for verification of the confirmation, I was told there was none and that nothing else could be done.
When I expressed my frustration and explained that I was reconsidering my membership, Renee immediately handed me cancellation paperwork and said, “cancel if that's what you feel is right,” without any attempt to understand or keep me as a client. The tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The lack of flexibility, paired with how casually my concerns were brushed off, didn’t reflect the commitment I’ve shown as a reliable and respectful client.
Because of this experience, and seeing similar feedback from others, I can no longer recommend or support this business.

I do not recommend that anybody in my community do business with Massage Envy, Rockwall. I have been going there for 4 months now. First of all, they keep changing schedules because of the high turnover of employees there. Secondly, God forbid if you postpone or cancel your appointment, they will still charge you for non-rendered services. Yes, I read the fine print at signup, but it does not mean that they can abuse those policies... I have tried numerous times to get in touch with management about my account, and guess what, crickets. It has been a month since I've been calling them, and nobody has responded. Yet they continue to charge my card for unauthorized services on contractual grounds. I could not find them on BBB either—there are some very shady business practices. I would not trust them to have my financial information in their files. There are plenty of other options in the metroplex... stay away from them!

Had a monthly membership for 4 years. They upped my monthly rate without asking me and when I call to cancel they say I have to be emailed some form to fill out and that I only have 60 days to use my 75 massages after canceling. This is not the type of company I chose to do buisness with. And if knew this is how things work I would have never done the subscription.

I had a disappointing experience at Massage Envy in Rockwall recently. As a member, I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my wife, specifically mentioning that I am a member and asking about membership pricing. I spoke with the front desk person who scheduled the appointment for my wife, but when the appointment was completed, I was shocked to be asked to pay the full, non-member price.
When I brought this up and mentioned that I had specifically asked about the membership rate, the response I received was unhelpful and unprofessional. The front desk staff didn’t explain the discrepancy or apologize for the misunderstanding. Instead, I was met with an
indifferent and dismissive attitude, which only made my frustration worse.
It’s disappointing that the staff didn’t provide clearer communication regarding membership pricing when I made the appointment. I expect better customer service, especially as a loyal member. I hope the management addresses this issue, as this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the Rockwall location.

I get a lot of tension in my neck and back. Amy knows how to find those spots and work them out. I always get a firm massage and Amy is one of the best at what I need in a massage.

I received a gift certificate here and called and asked about making a appointment and explained the gift certificate how it said to book it with my phone number and the lady who I spoke with told me just bring it with you and schedule an appointment online. She told me I had to use my credit card to book it but wouldn't be charged. I show up for my appointment and both of the ladies acted like they didn't talk to me on the phone and said I couldn't use my gift certificate when I had explained it to them over the phone. Also my appointment was rescheduled for a later time due to the person I booked with not being there.(I booked someone with a firm massage and they went ahead and scheduled me with someone that does medium) Very unprofessional and will not be coming to this location.

I love this place, Alicia, the manager Is extremely helpful. If you are unsure of the kind of Massage you need, just ask. There are different kinds for different people.
