The manager at this facility is absolutely despicable. We have been members for 6+years and this person laughed in our face and blocked us from using all of our built up credits. Corporate was no help in resolving this problem and the franchise owners have not responded.Such a waste of a customer service type franchise.My wife and I have never been this disrespected in our life.Shame on you and your management staff! You have great employees that work for you I hope you do not treat them the way you treat customers. Video of my last conversation with your manger to follow! Stay tuned!

I went for a massage on my birthday, accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room when I left. On my way home when I realized I called not 15min after I left the building, told them exactly where it was. They told me someone was already in that room and they would look after. No call back. Call the next day, same excuse: “that person is with a client, we’ll ask her and call you back.” No call back. Called today and was told “no one has brought it to the front. Sorry we can’t help you.” When I told them exactly where it was, what room I left it in and they knew who I had my appointment with. Not only do they make it impossible to get out of the contract with them unless you move to the moon, but they steal anything left behind.Don’t waste your money or your time.

Emmie is phenomenal! Some massage therapists have 'a calling' to do what they do, and Emmie is definitely walking in her calling! She deserves praise AND a raise! Just sayin'! Good job employing her, M.E. Rockwall, TX! She's amazing and your front desk staff is great too!

I had a massage here from Justin and I can say it was probably my best massage ever. I needed a lot of work done on my back and he had a perfect amount of pressure and backed off when it hurt and was overall just very versatile with his pressure. He also had music that wasn’t the usual massage music, which is the first time I’ve ever seen that. It was very cool and relaxing and I really enjoyed it, music is my favorite thing. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

I had a facial and it was nice. I decided to do a little extra for myself. Then 2 days later they charged my card $60 dollars more!! I called and the girl told me the manager just stepped away and she would call me back. I waited 3 hours. Then I said to hell with that and called back! They were charging me twice because the gal changed my appointment from a 90min facial to a microdermabrasion. And they said that the $183 I already paid didn’t cover the add-ons. I said if that doesn’t cover the add-ons those better be wonder add-ons!! But how do they feel they can just charge someone’s card two days later?? They did fix it but this is the second time I have had issues with this location!!! I am not renewing my contract at the end of the year!

I have been with Massages envy for 3 years in Florida because of my experience in this location I canceled my membershipI had a male therapist touching himself while giving me a massage, he was about 6 feet I completely froze and panicked when I finally realized what was happening. During the massage I had my music in and was wondering why he was using one hand but didn’t think to much into it , towards the end while he was doing my feet I felt him moving his and up and down open my eyes and I was his face of panic I was so disgusted it happen about 2 month ago and the thought just makes me sick.When I walk out of the massage he couldn’t even look me in the face . I spoke to the manager she was super sweet the owner and upper management was there and they allowed me to speak however completely emotionless and was like we will have corporate give you a call they were completely insensitive and just trying to rush me out because they didn’t want to make a big deal or causing a commotion. I wasn’t going to write anything but their customer service is absolutely horrible and in human. They had no compassion. No follow up phone to see if I was okay or let me know that they were taking care of the matter they completely dismissed me rush, me out and that was that.I understand there’s massage envy franchises, and this one should really be shut down because it is an absolute horrible representation of massage envy as a whole .The corporate staff in Florida when I canceled my membership was very compassionate, very understanding, and even follow up and gave me a call just to see if I was OK and this didn’t even happen in their facility .I don’t like to make a big deal out of things, but when I think of what happened, it’s just so disgusting and how I froze up in the moment I was overcome with fear I didn’t even know what to do. No one should ever have to experience feeling so unsafe that they stay quiet out of fear .I do not recommend this location at all !

Be very careful. This business illegally prevents you from turning auto withdraw off. They refused to allow me to make my payments manually. I literally had to turn my card off in order to prevent them from illegally removing money from my account. Women at front desk never smile and talk to you like a child.

I have been seeing Amy A. For a few years now, and she provides the best care. She listens to your needs and provides massage custom to those needs. She is very sweet and kind all while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. She has years of experience, and I am so glad to have found her!

My appointment was canceled due to my debit card being lost. Even though I have several units available to cover it. I told them I would bring in new debit card when it came in. Very dissatisfied. I asked to cancel membership and refund monies owed to me.. .waiting to hear back

The massage was ok but nothing I would come back for. I expressed that I needed my neck and lower back message with medium to firm pressure. As sweet as she was she avoided my lower back and more like petted my neck verus massaging it. Everyone was very polite but the massage was disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

Went for a chemical peel facial, I was in n out in 20 mins,I don't think this young girl was knowledgeable about the peel! very disappointed, very expensive and two weeks after still waiting for a peel Lol

Beware when signing for memberships. The frenchise owners/management dont care to inform you about canceling. My wife suffered an accident and had a medical note saying she couldn't receive services. She had 2 credits still available. Staff just canceled without redeeming the credits she had left. Is it really going to ruin their business if they honor them? I dont need a call back or answer from management. we heard what we needed to hear already.
