I had a great experience with my VW Touareg. The starter stopped working and I tried to fix it myself. Unfortunately, I wasn't skilled enough to replace it. I spoke to McSwain and the team were super friendly and helpful. They organized for my car to be towed to their workshop and fixed it within 1 day. They kept me updated on when the car arrived and when it was ready for pick up. My cost was more than reasonable. This is now my go-to place when I have more problems with my cars. I highly recommend them!

HONEST - Friendly - Knowledgeable
I had my Hyundai Sante Fe towed to McSwain Automotive in Rockwall, TX due to it was not running properly. Once McSwain received my car, they began investigating what was going on. Apparently all the oil burned up and had next to nothing in it. Instead of McSwain selling me a new engine, the gentlemen at McSwain had the knowledge of this being an common issue with my make of vehicle and began seeing if it was under a recall or warranty. They even called a Hyundai dealership to confirm it was an issue and could be covered by a warranty that Hyundai offers.
Thank you McSwain Automotive for your knowledge and your honesty. It has given me peace to know that there are still honest people in the world.
