“Excellent service from Rapid Orthopedic Supplies!!! I recently had knee surgery and was referred to Rapid Orthopedic to get the Iceman3 circulating ice water system to aid in recovery after surgery. Brandon called me prior to the surgery and pre-arranged all the details. The day of surgery he delivered the equipment on time so the post op nurses were able to get me setup on the placement of the ice pad. Brandon also met with my wife to get the instructions on use, etc. This really helped in recovery of my knee to keep swelling down. Thanks to Brandon and Rapid Orthopedic for the Great Customer Service!!”

“This company was a pleasure to work with. I called on a Friday evening to request a scooter rental the next day, and although they are usually closed on Saturday they were kind enough to work with me so I could enjoy a day Christmas shopping with my grandmother. We had a wonderful time, and it wouldn't have been possible without Cindy and her technician! Cindy was so kind and thoughtful, she even recommended that I keep the scooter an extra hour so my grandmother and I could go out to eat together. (We ended up going to Ephesus in Rowlett) I will cherish the memories from such an awesome day, and these folks are the ones who made it possible. A+ customer service! They have certainly been doing this long enough to know how best to take care of the folks who come to them, and they had the best price of all the other companies I called to boot.
