Made a general inquiry on the phone about the status of my framing order - the two ladies I spoke to were so incredibly rude & condescending.
It was my first time using their framing services, I didn’t know the process or what to expect, but was made to feel really stupid just for calling and asking for a date when it should be ready.
It was the first $500 spend of many for frames I need, but I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Love Michael’s but please don’t even try to do curbside pickup. Nobody will ever bring it out. I was outside for 15 minutes before I decided to just walk in and grab the bag myself all to find no customers inside and all the workers just standing around chatting it up - beside the pickup station- with their devices in their hand, so nobody could bring it out!? Save yourself the headache and just do in store pickup if you need to.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this store. I have been shopping here for years and I have never felt so disrespected until today. I honorably served in the military with multiple combat tours for 28 years. I firmly believe in treating everyone with the utmost dignity and respect and this was not the case for me. I went to the Rockwall store to return a cricut machine that purchased at the Garland store since it was closer to where I live in Rowlett. I had the receipt and never opened the product. I wanted the cricut maker 3 but they gave me the cricut explorer 3 and stated that it would be good enough for what I need. Michael the sales associate stated that these items get stolen all the time and that he couldn’t honor my return because it looked like the box was open. He also stated that I need to either make a claim to corporate or return it back to the Garland store. The Rockwall store refused to return the item and I am so thankful that the Garland store took it back with no issues. I have purchased items from this store for many years. It’s just sad that employees feel that they have the right to not place the honest needs of the customer before their personal bias. Thanks but I will definitely share my experience to all my friends and take my business and money elsewhere.

Slaps every time. Our favorite place to frolic and shop. We always find something to purchase or give us ideas for our crafts. Never a dull moment and there is always something to find here.

They are so nice and a lot of stuff! Sometimes the people in the front (register) talk to each other and they forget customers a little bit! ?

Nice workers/cashiers. Only one lane open though. Their prices are high for normal price items but they usually have a 40%off or sign up your email for 25% off. They do have free membership rewards and will get you $5 or $10 here and there to spend. Their sale items are good when it's 75 percent off. Unsure if this store has grab bags, but those are good. Located in a shopping mall with plenty of parking spaces.

Beware, they will discount items but they will be misplaced and the shelf price will not match up with the item and they won’t match that price.Organize your store properly with the correct tags for your customers. Male manager was rude. Lady at the front counter was kind.
