This is the second time I've visited this clinic and was seen by the same doctor who refuses to give me antibiotics, instead tells me to come back in a day or two when she then charges me a second co-pay but will then give me a prescription, after my second co-pay. It's ridiculous to continue to have to take off work and continue to pay co-pays to finally get an antibiotic the second visit. She does not check anything on me. Doesn't listen to my chest, doesn't feel for swollen glads, doesn't look in my ears or nose. Simply says your tests are negative and dismisses me, but not without charging me first.

Best CVS minute clinic visit I have been too! They were quick, efficient, precise, and thorough. I felt I truly was in good hands. The doctor and nurse were welcoming and joyful. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to this location multiple times. My last visit was awful and I swore I'd never come back. However, my 19 year old son has not been feeling well and he scheduled himself an appointment here. We have had impeccable service. Both the nurse and NP were wonderfully knowledgable, helpful , and compassionate. Very thankful for their service.

I came in early because I never got a confirmation. Just to wait an hour for the nurse practitioner to tell me to come back later even though no one else was there. When I asked if I could go now because no one was there… just me in the waiting room. She said, “No they’re on their way and then there’s another person after.” Okay, then where are they? Very disrespectful and doesn’t care about wasting other people’s time.

Today I had an appointment at 1:30pm and had a completely unprofessional experience with the nurse practitioner Helen. First she made me announce why I was there infront of the other patients which is not only no one else's concern but also embarrassing to have to say out loud. Then she also told me to leave the room so she could get the next patient in because I couldn't pull up my insurance info fast enough mind you it was still only 1:30pm which was the time of the appointment. I work in healthcare and I understand it's a stressful time but no one else needs to experience what I did.

Provider told me cause I was a few minutes late I wouldn’t be seen. Said I was her last person to see for the day and she was headed home. Normally that would be no big deal because I was technically late after all but there was no one in the lobby and this was an hour before closing time. Highly unprofessional.

So, this was our first experience with a Minute Clinic and we were so happy that I stopped to actually write a review. First, let me tell you that the phone system sucks. After being circled around for three minutes using an automatic machine I got hung up on. So that part's not that great. However, my husband stepped inside the minute clinic to try to get the information we were trying to get a hold of. That's when everything turned around. The woman who assisted, Ginger, was so helpful and clear, that my husband felt well prepared to make the decisions he needed to make that day. Further, my toddler, who is getting immunizations that day, was serviced by a nurse and nurse practitioner (Michelle was the name of one of the ladies), and he said that they were so kind to both my daughter and to him, that he was just blown away. As of the that was not enough, Ginger gave my daughter a little prize for being a brave little girl. Really, these kinds of folks are few and far between. But when you come across them, you just got to stop and write. So, if you're out there reading this, thank you so much for being a blessing to my husband and my daughter today. Now we know where to go and we'll see you again soon!

Avoid this place! Joanna clearly hates her job and people. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life for a DOT physical. She didn’t even know the requirement necessary. If I never see her again I will be happy.

Minuteclinc has the absolute worst customer service other, Joanne absolutely refused to do a truck drivers DOT Physical because it takes 45mins and she wanted to go home instead, after I checked in at 6pm waited till 6:40 before finally being seen, my temperature was 99.1F as per Cdc a fever is considered 100.4F way to go Joanne and not wanting to do your job! May I suggest being a bed tester so you can be as lazy as you wish!

Waited for 55 minutes while she took patients with times behind me first. I told her I had surgery and had some redness. After going thru the motion she told me there is nothing they will do for patients who had surgery. Why didn’t she tell me for that when I told her why I was there? So it wasn’t a waste of more of my time. And she still charged me and I am wondering for what? What a ridiculous experience. So if you had any surgery don’t go there. My surgeon is out of the area so I couldn’t go back to him. So frustrating.

Frustrated by the minute clinic policy. Went in for a prescription related to poison ivy but the treatment wasn't long enough and so it didn't clear it up completely. Could use a few more days, but the only way to do that is to pay for another visit. It costs $170 for the visit to get a prescription for a $5 drug. Now double both those numbers because the original length of treatment wasn't long enough. Not worth it. Should have seen a doctor, maybe then I could have easily gotten a refill with just a phone call.

Not seen - NP would rather sit and do nothing for 40 minutes than take us. The closing time was 7:30. As the last patient came out at 6:50, the nurse said it was too late to take another patient--with 39 minutes remaining in the day.

An hour and a half wait to get a flu shot with only two people (including myself) in the waiting room? Y'all better be doing brain surgery back there. Unbelievable.
