This location in rockwall, is the absolute worse for parts. Every time I come in either the they have no idea what I’m talking about, or they don’t have it. Will not be coming back here

Friendly inside reps and outside reps. They have the best customer service out of all the supply houses in the DFW metroplex. This is my go to place from now on.

Outstanding store with great knowledgeable staff. You could tell they're primarily commercial as they were busy on the phonea keeping the world building things but treated me the exact same way As their big dollar contractots and got me to my solution. For air or plumbing it's a one stop shop. The fact that I have been there twice and maybe now a 3rd time in one day is my fault.

I had a problem with the main water line into my house and these guys were the only ones with the parts is needed. They told me how to install the parts and offered some tips. These guys know their stuff.
