I just had exceptional service! The rep that is a man and has long hair helped my wife and I find exactly what we needed. He even took us to the isle and showed us the products we were looking for.

I Brought a huge box to return today via Fedex. I asked the gentleman at the counter to help tape it up as it as huge. It would’ve been easier for two people to handle the box. He just handed the tape and walked away. I also asked him when may I expect for the package to de returned to the sender. His answer was: “Read your label”.

DO NOT USE THIS PRINT CENTER.
First-year Office Depot Business Select member, but have been going to this store for 10+ years. Will never go again. Called ahead and spoke to an associate about a small print order. Associate confirmed the in-store email to send the file to (I wanted to send ahead of time since emailing it to the print center in-store has always seemed to take a few minutes.) Drove 20+ minutes, walked into the store to quickly print my order only to be told they were not accepting any print orders because they had a big order due by 5pm. I was trying to print 3 pages. No one could help me do so via Business Select. The female manager should be reassigned, and the associates need to be taught to relay things via phone so customers do not waste their time. Hire competent managers Rockwall Office Depot. Friends, go to another store. The Firewheel one is great, this one is a waste of your time.

Walked in to the store 20 minutes before closing due to being told at Staples they could not print my plans while I wait just to walk out with my plans here in 10-12 minutes. Thank you Jaxen for the great customer service!

We were given the best service here and the associate even helped us create our order when we told him what we were looking for he had the perfect idea right away and made our order quickly and exactly how we wanted it.

Able to help me out of a stiff situation. Computer/printer is down and I needed two proposals opened and printed. Office Depot did it perfectly and now when I get the spreadsheet completed they will print those also. Easy as could be. Thanks
