My car wouldn't start so I walked over to O'Reilly's (Ridge Rd Rckwall Texas) and explained my situation to Mamdouh.From the start he went the extra mile... walking with me back to my car. He tested the battery and alternator. A friendly driver offered to help jump my car and back Mamdouh and I went to the store.He helped me choose the best battery for my buck and then actually replaced it for me!I highly recommend Mamdouh and O'Reilly's. Really, just the best! Thank you for sharing your goodness!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a set of shocks supposed to be in next day at 330. Called. Asked my number to look up. Said it was t there. I asked when and if yhe could track. He just said maybe an hour. Check back. Called back in an hour. Same guy answered. Just said no deliveries yet. I asked if he could check on delivery. Just said call back later. Terrible customer service

When my check engine light came on about 3 weeks after replacing the catalytic converter, I of course had a "freak out" moment. I stopped by this O'Reilly location to have it read, and thank goodness it turned out to be minor leak with the gas cap!! The gentleman that helped me, Alan, was super nice and greeted me immediately after walking in. Not only did they have the replacement cap in stock, but Alan changed it out for me in the parking lot, and he turned the check engine light off so I'll know I have another problem if it comes back on!! I would like to give the O'Reillys in Rockwall, and especially Alan, a BIG shout out for helping this gal out with her car frustrations!!!

Terrible customer service. I walked into the store to grab some windshield wiper blades for my car like I've done many times before but instead of buying them i walked out of the store after being berated by a employee to have me give him info about my car (model,year,plate number) like I didn’t know what size i needed. after I proceeded to the aisle to grab my blades i was yelled at from across the store to come back to the front so he could prove a point. I will never be back to this store that treats its paying customers with the tonality and disrespect i experienced.

I always have a great experience when I visit. The staff are always helpful, kind, and they all seem to know exactly what I need. Many times when the system is giving them fits because something is is not categorized correctly.They have been able to provide many recommendations that have always worked out for me pretty well.The store is always clean, and that to me is very important.

I have been here multiple times. I saw Roy and Muhammad. They were both extremely rude and both didn't know how to use the computer system. They obviously don't want to work here.

I am so super impressed with Katy at this O’Reilly’s location. I was having some issues with a battery & she was absolutely AWESOME!! Got my battery replaced in no time & was extremely knowledgeable & helpful! Fantastic customer service Katy! Thank you soooo very much! YOU ARE FABULOUS!!!!! They are lucky to have you!! Keep up the great work!

My battery died and I googled the nearest O’Reily auto parts store near me. There was one a mile away. I went to the counter and the young lady was not able to find my original purchase, but the battery was in the 3 year warranty period. She processed my new battery In 15 minutes. Thank You Katy for your outstanding service!
