Review is for the glasses store, not the optometrist. I've been coming here for years. The staff is super helpful and will take the time to help you find what you're looking for. They carry a variety at different price points and are an Oakley authorized dealer which makes it easy (if not cheap) to get oakley sunglasses frames with prescription lenses.

Leslie at the Rockwall location is patient, thorough and will make sure it is right. Service like this is almost nonexistent but it still is alive in Rockwall. Thank you Leslie and Pearle Vision of Rockwall!!!

Wonderful service! Leslie helped me tremendously with selection of prescription sunglasses. My aviator glasses fit well and oh my, the compliments. I also have a pair of white framed sunglasses and again, so many compliments received from virtual strangers! Thank you so much.

The optometrist was professional and did a great job adjusting my prescription. The phone number listed on pearle vision is for the glasses store not the optometrist. Having Chromebook computers to enter your information before your visit is very nice instead of paper and a clipboard.Buying glasses was a pleasant experience. I was able to examine multiple frames before choosing. The staff was very helpful with cleaning and then putting the frames back in their correct locations.A small error was discovered during billing between my insurance and the frames I had purchased. I was promptly called by Pearle Vision that they had discovered the discrepancy and that I would be charged the correct amount. I'm glad they double checked and fixed it without me even asking.

We have been using Pearl Vision for seven years. It is convenient with their optometrist next door.The staff are friendly and helpful. I love their honest opinions about what looks good..I have been greeted with a smile and a hello every year.When I picked up my glasses two weeks ago, the young lady was super sweet!

I have been given 3 different times the order will be ready. I was told 1 week, then I called it will be 10 days, then I called... 2 weeks???? Most everything is an up charge..... even smoothing end rim. Very dissatisfied

I struggled finding a clinic that had my contacts in stock. Within minutes, I provided the Rx and the provided me sample contacts!! I was willing to buy an entire box but their customer service and support during this stressful time was exceptional and unexpected!!!! Thank you!!!

My mom bought glasses and lenses and within less than 6 months the coating on the lenses started to come off. Keep in mind the only thing wrong with these lenses was the coating (there were no problems with vision or ability to see or feelings of heaviness). They said the lenses could be replaced for $25. Once the replacement was ready and she tried it on on store she voiced her concerns of the lenses making my eyes feel heavy, and was told that after a few days it should subside. Due to the extreme heaviness of these lenses this week, it is hard for to read or complete tasks at work (again, this was not an issue with the original lenses). Multiple calls throughout the week to reiterate concerns led to being told nothing could be done and my should get my eyes checked out because her prescription must have changed. How is this possible. The lenses were replaced for a cosmetic issues, not due to vision changes. It made no sense. A week later decided to go in one more time see if anything could be done. So they looked at the glasses and gave them back to after examination. They said try them now, and the heaviness was gone. We asked them what was wrong and how it was fixed, come to find out, the whole week after explaining that something was wrong with the replacement and this location telling my mom her eyes needed to be re-examined, it turns out they switched her left and right lens prescriptions . So due to the error at this location she spent a week endangering her eye health (a multifocal rx) and being told she did not know what she was talking about when bringing up concerns about the replacement! How could this have happened? And how can you ensure it does not happen again? As a customer and person who needs their glasses to function, this is outrageous! Not even an apology. Would never recommend people who do not take customers concerns seriously.

Few questions you must ask yourself before you go to this place. Do you like rude greetings? Do you like someone snapping at you when you ask questions? Do you like paying for overpriced glasses? Do you like no matter how nice you are to someone they have a attitude with you the entire time you're in their store? If you answered No to all of these questions, then it might be a bad idea to visit this store. Cause that's exactly what will happen to you if you decide to give them business. For my wife and I we choose to give our business to people that appreciate our business.

Would not recommend. Their return policy is ridiculous and customer service is just as bad. My husband paid $500 for glasses that give him a headache. They have nothing that will fit him and refuse to refund the money. They’re insistent that they will find something he likes that fits. At this point, after their poor customer service, we’re not interested in continuing with them, but unfortunately have no choice because we’ve already spent $500 that they refuse to refund.
