When I read the comments before unloading, it was a little unpleasant, but the staff was very friendly. I had an appointment for 9 a.m. They picked me up at 7 and 15 minutes later they started unloading. The girl who works in the office, Stephanie, is very friendly and communicated well. They finished at 7:35
