I just got a plain white full set and the man that was doing my nails was so inattentive while doing them he was on the phone watching show this cause my nails to not be the same length or size and he was very rough while doing my manicure

I got my manicure today at this place, I requested white and gold set, I showed to the lady a picture, it took two hours and it sux… not happy with the results, wont comeback again. Expensive and very ugly. Pedicure is ok

Pinky Nails is under new ownership!! It’s The Nail Room, now. The owner is amazing. She is kind and very creative.

I was there and witnessed her behavior. She came in complaining and said she only comes once a year. Even after the harassment she put the staff through, the owner still gave her a discount. She could have gone somewhere else from the start but chose to stay and complain LOUDLY the entire time. That just speaks to the professionalism of the new ownership here!

The new owner is by far the best! Honest and very respectful, the prices are normal price you would pay for amazing nails! They take their time with pedicures which is amazing. Don’t be scared for bad reviews to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.

The new owner of Pinky Nails 💅 is not professional at all! She tried to fake people on their face, trying to give you a different service pretending she giving you a better deal. In top of that, she lied and let my daughter nail undone saying that she had other customers coming which was a lie because I told her that I don’t like when people tried to scam me. Also the price is all the way to the sky and not professional, why do I need to pass many different nail salons to go there just because. No way I will never 👎 go back there again

I paid way too much for their manicure to only be nail polish and a little bit of lotion. That's it!! They didn't even shape my nails. Never again.

Pinky nails is good when they are not busy.
Love the pedicures but my nails are never that great unless the owner man does them. If you’re on a budget this is a great place to go. It’s not very clean and sanitary but like I said if you’re on a budget and you love having your nails done they are ok.

Don't make an appointment unless you still want to wait 45 minutes plus! They are great people but they need more staff. They struggled the last 3 times I have been in for services. This last time I made an appointment thinking that would help us just be able to walk in and it did not. I was told 15 minutes and after 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told 10 more minutes. I don't mind waiting but what was the point in making an appointment to sit there and wait?

every1 is so nice nail tech does an amazing job been here lih 2 times n i love itt this is definitely my go 2, my nails stay on 4 a long time n so do the jems, amazing glue good quality jems definitely recommend ❤️

I’ve been going to this nail shop for years, I had an appointment with Tony at 12:45pm and was trying to pick the correct color for my nails , I guess I took to long for him so he started on someone else’s nails, and had me waiting 35 minutes while he did someone else’s nails I ended up leaving with just nail tips on….poor customer service in my opinion. I found a better nail shop across the street called nail luxe way cleaner and way better service will never come back here again
