Great store. Love the variety and good prices. Found a super cute wooden toy form my grandson and with Christmas around the corner, will go back to look for more. BUT.... I can't get out of the store fast enough because the "air freshener" is dialed up so strong. It triggers my allergies and follows me out the door.

This Pop Shelf location is phenomenal! Mary, Yolanda and the entire staff go above and beyond..I found some perfect , inexpensive , identical gifts for my students.., but there were only seven on the shelf..Yolanda volunteered to pick up the additional four I needed at the PS location in Mesquite. There was a bit of mix up as to when I was to return to pick them up, but when I did return a few days later, Yolanda had gifted them to me😍. My life has afforded me many opportunities to experience hospitality/service all over the world and I can wholeheartedly say that you will experience concierge level service at the Pop Shelf in Rockwall, Texas.

They didn't have the same stuff we were looking for from our last visit. & The female associate says she was going to the back to look for the items, & she never came back over to let us know. When we finally left she was back up front, she had never said anything else to us.

Great store to checkout, but could the "secret shopper" be any more obvious? Dude followed my partner and I so much it was almost obnoxious. Otherwise it's a neat place
