We cannot say enough amazing things about Primrose North Rockwall! From the welcoming and kind front office, who remembered our names/faces after just one day to the amazing teachers who show our son so much love. Everyday we drop him off and pick him up he is always smiling and excited to come back the next day. We couldn't ask for a better experience and appreciate the love they've shown our baby!

I can't say enough about this place! Both of my children attended pre-school here, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The whole staff is on point, and they truly care!

We absolutely love this daycare. We changed after a not great experience and I am so happy we did. The staff is the best by far. You walk in and most all staff knows the kids names and they are so warm and welcoming. I voiced a minor concern they dealt with it immediately on the spot. They go so above and beyond. They also really respomd to parents if i had any questions. Highly recommend. If I could keep them in for their wholes lives I would.

My daughter has been attending this school for the past year and a half, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From day one, it’s been clear that the staff truly care about what’s best for each child. They create a warm, nurturing environment where kids are encouraged to grow, explore, and just be themselves. I’ve seen so much growth in my daughter, socially, emotionally, and academically, and I credit that to the amazing care and guidance she’s received here. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she’s safe, happy, and loved every day. We feel so lucky to be part of this community!

We love Primrose School of North Rockwall! The teachers are caring and truly invested in the kids’ growth. Our son has thrived academically and socially in their structured yet nurturing environment. We love our Primrose location. The teachers are so friendly, supportive, fun. I also love that the teachers are so consistent. We have developed a great relationship with our son’s teacher, Ms. Love. She is so wonderful and I couldn’t be happier that she is our son’s teacher. I think it has helped immensely in making our son comfortable and happy at school. Kali does such an amazing job at making the school warm and welcoming. Our child has thrived, making such good friends and learning things we never expected him to learn at his age. We feel so confident sending our child here and love knowing he’s going to be so well prepared for kindergarten. The school is clean, the children are well cared for. It just feels so warm and safe! We can’t say enough good things about our Primrose location.

We LOVE Primrose! The staff and teachers are wonderful. The updates throughout the day are a blessing and getting photo updates are the highlight of our day. My daughter has blossomed since she started attending the daycare. Ms Emily is wonderful and has such a great relationship with our daughter. Highly recommend this school

Our daughter has been attending this Primrose since the opening day and every teacher and the management have consistently been amazing. They always have a plan to work out problems and adjust when needed and they work with the parents to make sure the kids are safe, taken care of, and learning. Some of the teachers over the years have been Ms Awilda, Ms Reyna, Ms CiCi, Ms Jamie, Ms Ari, Ms Zaman, Ms Ally, and Ms Jennifer every one of them has been amazing. Ms K, the manager has led the organization since the beginning and all of the assistant leaders have been great such as Ms Alondra, Ms Samantha, Ms Teara, and Ms Lori.

Our experience here has been nothing short of amazing. We have had our fair share of other day cares in the rockwall area and Primrose has exceeded all expectations! The staff is caring, nurturing and provides a positive & fun learning environment.
The director Kali & the front office staff are welcoming, quick to answer and communicate everything going on!
Primrose has done amazing things for my kiddo! We will be sad when he goes off to Kindergarten, but knowing they have prepared him makes it a bit easier !

I can't say enough positive things about this Primrose location. Both of my children. Attended Pre-K and daycare here. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They pay attention to details and take incredible care of the children. The owner is a great guy and you can tell he is pationate about the business he is running. My children adore the staff and thr facilities are beautiful.

We've been at Primrose North since they opened in August of 2022 and have been so happy with our experience. The facility is clean and my child has been sick significantly less compared to previous daycare. There is structure and less turnover, my child has the same teacher everyday and loves coming to school. My child is ready to enter grade school because of the curriculum the school has provided and the director and staff is wonderful.

Very happy with our experience here. The teachers are wonderful and I love how they all make an obvious effort to get to know every child. Teachers that are not my child's teacher say hello to her. The building is always clean and smells great too which is very important! We also appreciate the teacher retention rate here. Especially thankful for Ms. Estela and her team for loving on our girl so well!

We absolutely loved our experience at Primrose North Rockwall!! The administration is friendly and super helpful and we loved having our kid in the toddler class, his teachers were absolutely amazing (we all cried when we had to say our goodbyes). Our son thrived and always had fun. The splash pad is a plus in the summer. The teachers are wonderful with delivering updates and pictures to parents through the app. Highly recommend!
