Shitty service, lack of training of how to speak to people I definitely think they’re racist at this location. Long wait time sat for over 2 hours and no one called me back and there was no one in the clinic. Just me sitting in the waiting room. Management needs to fix it asap.

It’s a race thing here. If your African American choose a different location . Sitting here for over an hour no service.. plenty of eye contact. Staff needs training on tone and accountability.

Everybody's complaining about how long it took, well you don't think you should of made an appointment? I walked in 1 min before my appointment time and there was 8 other people sitting there, I got called my exact time. Its really not that hard to call and make an appointment. No, its not a real person but its 2025 who cares? Does it bother you that much? It was so easy and fast to make an appointment and I got in less than 24 hours!! They were very gentle and fast and super nice :)

I scheduled my bloodwork appointment in advance online and was called back right on time. Jean Marie was very professional and friendly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Very great experience.

No receptionist, no walk-in accomodations, only one kiosk for check-in then you have a line of people on it. No one to help when stuck at the kiosk. Going forward I'll have my doctor do the blood draw.
Congratulations you saved money and increased your bottom line but you will lose market share!

Why even bother advertising that you do walk-ins if you can’t get to them in an hour? (Certainly would’ve been longer if I hadn’t left). They got to other walk-ins who came in after me which was insulting. They don’t have front staff - probably so they wouldn’t have to answer for their impeccably slow workflow - it’s just a kiosk that half of the people missed when they first came in until someone in the waiting room told them about it. The sheer amount of time it took for them to turnover patients was embarrassing too.

The sign-in kiosk is a major HIPAA violation (everyone in the full waiting room can see all the patient’s private info), and I told this to the employee assigned to me. He didn’t give even one small crap about it. In fact, he said, “nobody can see that.” To which I replied, “I can tell you their phone numbers if you want me to.” He totally ignored this comment and then jabbed me in the arm.
So, this place needs far better employees, as well.
Then you have to go to the restroom to give a urine sample, and there is no soap or paper towels!!!! What kind of healthcare facility is this?
I should call the authorities rather than just submit this review..

Quick and easy. I made an appointment online. Checked in through my phone and was seen quickly. I was able to do my labs in under 10 minutes and out the door. Good experience for me.

They don't follow their own procedures! Over an hour wait with appointment. No regard for their patients. Worst than the DMV! Pick another location or company.
