There is no type of care quality here, especially if your elderly. No one to talk with over the phone or in person. Walk in door and there's a kiosk...not sure if quest is aware of the elderly population in Rockwall county but some of our seniors have issues with computers and kiosks and NO ONE at Quest is interested in helping. Been there bout 3 times, I can deal with it and have actually helped elders get signed in because it's just overwhelming for them. There has to be a better way or better place than Quest... SHAME on Quest for making it hard on our seniors!

I visited this office at 12:20 pm on 02/29/24 and was told they could not help me because it was closed for lunch. Which was not true as hours for lunch are 12:30 to 1:30! All I needed was a test kit for a GI test and the tech refused to help as she was leaving early for her lunch hour. She was very rude and unconcerned for my needs. A very bad representative of Quest Diagnostics. Terrible service. I would give her a lower rating than one star but that’s as low a rating offered.

The checkin process is extremely horrible here. I was early for my appointment waited 30 minutes and a walk in sachets in and only has to wait for 10 minutes before being seen because my official appointment time was 10 minutes away. That is ridiculous. He just got here I’ve been here. Who cares if it wasn’t my appointment time yet. This location is the worst Ive ever been to. Y’all need a better system

My experience at Quest Diagnostics was exceptional! I breezed through the entire process, from check-in to completion, in just 15 minutes. Claudia, who assisted me, was an absolute gem. Her efficiency and friendly demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Do not go. The staff is not friendly and their check in was horrible. It is all automated, and there is no one at the front desk to help you. When I got to my appointment for a simple blood draw (I was there 5 minutes early) I had to check in via the automated kiosk. I waited over an HOUR and still no one called me back. I finally asked someone why they hadn't called me back yet and they said they would check why. 10 minutes later they came back and told me that for some reason I wasn't scheduled and that I needed to come back some other time. I was surprised and showed them my appointment reminders, appointment time and location which I had received via the online appointment registration and they told me they were sorry. That was it. I had to go reschedule and leave. DO NOT GO!

Avoid. Most painful blood draw I’ve ever had, and I’m not one that is bothered by needles. I’ve never struggled with blood draws, at all. I have a high pain tolerance and it just really hurt more than it should have unless he was a newbie, but if he’s working at quest I assumed he would be good at phlebotomy. Check in was dumb, there’s no human there to help if there’s a problem; it’s all automated. I pre registered online and still had to enter all the same info when checking in at the kiosk. The waiting room was freezing and this was during the cold snap so people were complaining of how cold it was. Not overtly friendly, and overpriced compared to Labcorp, where I usually go. From now on I’ll request that my dr let me get my labs done elsewhere.

The people were rude they thought they were doing me a favor by being there I will never go back. The clinics who recommend them should stop. They are horrible!

Online only sucked, nurse was fabulous! Would recommend for anyone with damaged veins and fear of blood draws. My partner needed labs asap and has very difficult veins. Not gonna lie... I hated the online only scheduling and inability to reach anyone who could help.Still... We booked and showed up. Jeanmarie worked through all the issues and even talked to the surgeon's office to clarify missing info. She was able to find a vein and draw the labs on a person with a PICC line. Most nurses can't; the veins are damaged.Jeanmarie was amazing. I can't take a star away, despite the frustration, because she gave everything to get us through and succeeded.

This location apparently stops doing drug screenings at 4:00 pm. I made an appointment over the phone with the automated system and it allowed me to schedule an appointment for 4:30pm. When I showed up, I noticed a sign on the door that said "Drug screenings M-F from 8am-4pm" I figured it's for walk ins. I made it in and checked in. Was called to the back it was 4:40, the guy asks what I'm there for and I show him my requisition. He immediately tells me "we stop drug screenings at 4" and I told him I made the appointment through the automated system and it did not tell me this info. He says "it's even on the door" again I told him I made the appointment over the phone and there was no information given about the 4pm deadline. This is ridiculous! This is literally the only service you provide, collecting urine and blood. Why would you stay open until 5pm and stop one service before the other? Would it kill you to offer the drug screening until 5? You only have one job. Don't tell me it's because of logistics because the blood also has to be shipped out? I left. With no drug screening done.
