Just got my car back from Rite Co yesterday, I had a small fender bender. Kassi, the office manager is awesome. She took such good care of me. She even knew it was me when I called to check the progress of my ride (she answered the phone using my name). A very nice touch.
Rick, the owner is very nice and professional. Had some issues with the way the insurance company paid the claim to the shop, Rick was very cool and didn't want me to have to wait another day to get my car, and let me take it even though he hadn't been fully paid.
Great experience, coffee, conversation, and most of all, exemplary customer service. I highly recommend Rite Co Collision if you have had an unfortunate accident and need a repair service. Ten thumbs up (my two and four other people's LOL)!!!

Rite-Co is the go to place if you find yourself in the unfortunate place of having been in a car accident! They take excellent care of you and the most honest people you will find! They can even help with smaller issues like dents or scratches.

Rick, the owner, is an honest & friendly business owner. I appreciate the level of customer service he provided for a fair price. I had gotten quotes from a few other places in Rockwall & Rite Co came in with better pricing. I appreciate the extra attention to detail when repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend this business!
