Rockwall Deer Processing is family owned and operated. They continue to update and add-on to the meat processing facility to ensure it's the cleanest and most up-to-date game processing shop in the area & to keep up with the increase in customers and growing demand. We process each harvest individually to ensure that you get your actual meat back. We DO NOT community grind burger orders. We vacuum pack everything! Good friendly staff and got my deer processed in a timely manner. Good price to get it processed also. Would recommend. They do get busy during the season. So expect a little bit of time to get your meat back.

Great people. Everyone was patient, helpful, and even worked late to make sure everything was sorted. Never felt rushed and was talked to about all my options. Second time here and 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

ATTENTION! THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED BY A GHOST THAT RESIDES IN AN ANCIENT INDIAN STATUE. I've SEENT it! PATRONS BEWARE! ....but the chipotle deer sausage is to die for. 3 of 5 stars. Because of the ghost.
