Friendly, ended up coming to my house to do a TCM flash, Neil was very courteous and quick. Easily the most convenient safety recall I've ever had to get done. Thanks Ford Service Center.

Took my f250 here to get an alignment. Well they didn’t tighten up my tie rods end and it was so loose it was about to pop out. Took it back so they can fix it and realign it. After they did the truck still pulls to the right and they wanted 450 dollars to see if they could fix the problem. I said no because an alignment isn’t just adjusting toe. Well not even 3-4 months later of light drive my front tires are completely worn unevenly. They will not make it right. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE. This is a stealership.

Part came off the shock and is not covered by warranty because Rockwall Ford assumed it was damaged from trail driving.
I heard a squeaky noise while driving my Ford Bronco and discovered the Bilstein shock was making that sound and then noticed the part on the side was missing. I couldn’t see any damage around it and do not know that I could have hit it while on trail with how far up in the vehicle it is. I took it in to Rockwall Ford Service Center and they tell me it is not covered by the warranty because I have driven it off road and they assume it was damaged that way. I can’t believe they would assume that without any evidence to support it. I asked them to put a note in the work order that they were declining to repair it under warranty so I could take it up with Ford Motor Company. At this point they delayed me, while the service rep told me to talk to the manager, then the manager told me to talk to the mechanic, then the mechanic told me that part could not fall off and it had to have been hit by something even though it didn’t look like it. It became very frustrating because I am expected to believe their assumption at my expense, even though they could not show me any other damage in that area.
I have to ask myself why the Rockwall Ford Service Center employees would not add comments to the work order until I was completely frustrated, I had simply asked them to notate their decision so I could take it up with Ford Motor Company.

Worst experience of our life. Service rep mishandled our warranty claim, charged us $900 in diag fees for a vehicle under warranty. General manager was contacted to resolve the issue but was too busy to reach out and handle the issue, instead we got a service supervisor that spoke over my wife and wouldn’t hear her speak at all. Typical loud mouthed garage that will take your money and disrespect you. Do not take your vehicles here.

I had the worst experience with this dealer. I took my 2022 f150 king ranch for a normal service oil change, tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lock nut in one of my tires causing a significant damage to wheel. On top of that their service personnel treated me as if they were making me a favor to fix their negligence.

If your car or truck isn’t under warranty def do not take it here . I brought my 2019 Raptor in for an oil change and told them the check engine light blinked on the day before .
Well the next day they told me I need a complete vch system overhaul . Which would cost over 6000 dollars out of pocket . Something seemed fishy so I declined their repair picked my truck up and took it to two local mechanics in Royce city . Mind you ford charged me 250 for the false diagnoses .
The two shops I took it to said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my truck !
Such a scammmmm do not take your vehicle here for service !

I had the worst experience and will not take my car back. When I scheduled my services, I was told 4 hours, then when I dropped my car off, I was told a day, then the next day I called after receiving no update and I was told 2-3 days. I was also told when I called that they hadn’t even started on my car. I told Chris I needed my car due to it having my daughter’s car seat and I was unaware of how long services would take due to multiple people telling me different times. I would have had a ride with another car seat within a day, but after that, I would not. I told him I had no ride or person that could drive me after a certain time due to not having a car seat to take my daughter with me to get my car. He was unsympathetic to my circumstance and not helpful at all. When I called again the next day to check on my car, Chris told me he pulled my keys and they weren’t working on it. I had to ask multiple family members to help me get my car back.

Have been bringing my vehicles in for service for years now no issues, fair prices. Lately I’ve been dealing with Juan as my Service advisor great guy, very knowledgeable. I also bring my Mazda and Honda vehicles in as well for routine maintenance, very satisfied with the work that has been done with these vehicles as well.

The service was fast and easy. Anthony Moses was very professional. He even checked on me in the waiting area and offered the complimentary coffee. I always dread going to places like this but he made it pleasant. will def go back for my next service check.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. Poor customer service with absolutely horrible communication. I now take my vehicle to town east Ford, and customer service and quality of care is day and night in comparison to Rockwall Ford. Oh and by the way- my car got side swiped while under their care in rockwall. Avoid the nightmare rockwall advisors and their boss, Chris, will put you through. Never taking my car back here again.
