I am updating from a past review. Last year I had a couple of bad experiences trying to purchase from this dealership but they have since had a change in management and some team members. With that being said this place has made tremendous improvements on the way that they handle business and sales ethics. Every team member there worked very hard to ensure that I could get the very best deal that they could possibly offer even if it wasn’t easy. Every one from GM Kyle, John in sales, sales manager Rex, and jack in finance were a great team. If it wasn’t for this group of guys I probably wouldn’t have came back to this dealership, but with these guys hard work I would certainly say that if your looking for an ATV or motorcycle then you could definitely come see these guys and they will give you their very best!! So with all that being said that you all for your hard work and great improvements since my last visit!!

I was wanting a red/black 2024 Z900 a few months ago and because they were just released nobody really had them in stock but Rex at Classic Powersports worked his magic and was able to get me the bike I wanted in a short amount of time. These people are the best and I'm always approached by someone when I'm there and asked if i was helped or need anything. Rebecca helped me fill out everything and was even nice enough to share her lunch with me while I was finishing up the sale.2 months later I go in to pick up my registration for the bike and while I'm there I asked Rex about a missing bolt that fell off my bike while riding it. After a short wait Jeremy from parts found the bolt and washer I needed and I was out the door a happy man.I will return to these guys for my next bike purchase for sure!

UPDATE 12/15/23: I am editing my review from 1 star to 4 stars today. Since my original update 3 days ago, I have received nothing but outstanding service in terms of being updating on the process of and attention to the issue at hand. The owner, Lisa Ward (part of the Classic Chevrolet automotive family) reached out to me after becoming aware of the situation. She made it a top priority this week to find answers and was consistently updating me every step of the way on the progress. There had been a slight oversight in understanding how to handle KPP cancellations since the dealership had changed owners, but her staff has now been updated on the process going forward. I have expressed my appreciation to her in being kept in the loop with updates on what was going, and finding out where the refund was and why I hadn't received it yet after a month of not knowing. She agreed 100% and ultimately ended up submitting the KPP refund immediately to avoid further delays. I can understand how in a dealership changing its owners, there may be some things that fall between the cracks and learning about things not known - so I appreciate that Lisa reached out to me immediately and was transparent about the whole situation. This issue has been resolved and I will definitely consider Classic Powersports in the future if I ever am in the market for a motorcycle.-------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/12/23: Since this dealer changed ownership from Rockwall Powersports to Classic Powersport of Rockwall, I've not been a fan. I originally purchased my bike from Rockwall Powersports - GREAT customer service (Stone was amazing), the finance department was wonderful (Brooke, who's no longer there either). For almost a month now, I've been trying to get this dealer to admit they've received a refund from Kawasaki after I cancelled my Kawasaki Protection Plus extended warranty with KPP on my 2023 Ninja. Once that was cancelled, the refund went from Kawasaki back to the dealer. I called Kawasaki back, and they confirmed the amount was sent on 11/8/23 to Classic Powersports. Classic Powersports was then supposed to send it on to Synchrony (where I had the bike financed) and then it was supposed to come back to me (since I've since paid off the bike).I keep getting the run around - their finance person keeps telling me since the dealership was sold, it's out of their hands, even though Kawasaki told me the refund WAS sent to Classic Powersports. I've called Synchrony and they confirmed they have NOT received the refund from Classic Powersports.I've called - keep getting sent to voicemail. I've emailed. I've had Kawasaki call and they get sent to voicemail, too. I've had Kawasaki email the dealer and no response. I've given them over a month and tried to call back again and guess what?? I keep getting transferred to William Bower and am still being avoided. The only thing he can tell me is that the “payment has been sent to the previous owner, it is now in his hands to cut a check and send it to Synchrony.” Ok, so where is this new owner? Can you let me know how I can get in touch with him? “He sold and went into retirement.”Buyer beware, especially if you purchased from Rockwall Powersports - because this new ownership of Classic Powersports doesn't want any association with the old, since the previous owner is gone and retired. Good luck, folks! It's starting to feel like I'm going to need a lawyer to get them to tell me where my refund is and how I can contact the person who has it to get it from them.

Absolutely love this place Mike in-service is absolutely amazing guy to work with, he is very knowledgeable in this industry. We have bought several dirt bikes and the side-by-side from them. It is the only place that we will shop in the future.

I live near Houston, Texas and found a bike I like at Classic Powersports in Rockwall.I contacted them and spoke with John Cummings (Sales Consultant). John was very helpful and straightforward with the prices and total drive out costs.I drove for several hours to get the bike and when I arrived John greeted me and the sale went exactly as he said it would for the exact cost he'd quoted over the phone. In fact, while I was signing the paperwork and going over the details, John loaded my new motorcycle on the trailer for me. He also introduced me to the service manager who went over what to expect (service wise) from my bike for the next several hundred miles. My experience with Classic Powersports was as good as any purchase I've ever made, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new vehicle.

I can't remember our sale's ladies name to save the life of me (I'm sorry ) but OMG she was the absolute BEST! Super friendly about everything but not one of those pushy type sales people. We went in a few months ago just looking at a small motorcycle to get my son. We told her it would be for Christmas. She asked if she could call us around then to check in, so we said yes. She called us exactly when she said she would, and let us know what they had in stock then and to see if we were still interested. We went back up and found a different bike we got for him but she was the BEST through the entire thing!

John at CPS really made sure that my son walked out of there with a bike, he was incredibly happy, 8 know John really sacrificed getting a commission on that sale due to our thin budget but he still made sure we were very satisfied customers. Thanks man, appreciated ?

Stopped by here a few days ago needing a few body plastic rivets expecting to pay a buck or so each. Wow what great customer service! I picked up a handful at no charge. I be back for my next bike!

Terrible service. They kept my sxs for over a month on a job that took an hr. I had scheduled for my sxs to have a recall fixed and they told me to bring it in bc they had the parts and could get to it the next day. Well they called me to tell me several times telling me that they were about to pull it in the shop. This happened numerous times until I got tired of it and ask them why they are calling me again to tell me they are about to work on my sxs. Why don't y'all just fix it already. Then the service guy got an attitude with me and even cussed. Finally when I received my sxs back it had missing screws, spring left unattached for my in gear start, brake light won't turn off bc they messed up the brake light switch, and even loose fasteners on the steering components(videos to prove it), . Bad thing is they left the screw and push tabs in plane sight for me to see them. They just do terrible business all around. Luckily I'm a mechanic and went back through it once I got it home.

I’ve bought a couple cycles from this store. My last visit just as pleasant as the first, big thanks to Nathan Nestor and Jennifer. There’s a great crew working at this location.
