One word :RUN
I had Rockwall Phone Repair business replace my sons Samgsung S20+ cracked screen for $280.37. It lasted 2 weeks. Now I am told it's the touch screen part that is bad. That just so happened to be right after they worked on it. Unfortunately, I traveled and could not get the phone back in 30 days. They offered me a discount of 20% off another $300 repair. The phone isn't even worth that much. I tried to get with my credit card company for a charge back, but I lost, OK. Went today 7/5 to pick up my paper weight of a phone and owner would not give it to me and is holding it ransom. Since I tried to do a charge back even though the case was closed on 6/24. I guess I made the owners butt hurt. Before he tries to call me out, which I bet he will. Please see the attached letter. If this can impact his business and save others from my mistake. Find a different phone repair company.

Thought for sure I was gonna need a new phone because I couldn’t hear out of the earpiece and the speaker on the bottom of my iPhone but turns out I just needed a cleaning. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you. Will definitely be coming back. Super adorable.

Employees were nice. Got my iPad screen and charging port fixed within a couple hours. The screen project was a little expensive but necessary. Over all, I approve.

Overall I’d say great prices but I was a little bit upset after my purchase of the phone I had to pull the screen protector off it would not work all the time the touch screen didn’t think much about it and well 45 days after I bought it Digital Touch goes out . Well I haven’t dropped it or nothing but he said very small crack att the bottom can’t really grip about it I should have said something when I had to pull the screen protector off . He also said it had water damage not had the phone near water I’m literally inside 90% of my day 45 days old $128 bill for repair !
