I received a Groupon to see Mychelle for a massage. She was very easy to comunicate with in order to schedule my service. Very responsive. The massage was a wonderful experience. I would say the single best that I have ever had. I will absolutely return to see her.

Very unhappy with my experience, I booked with Mario on my birthday at 9 AM And then he proceeds to tell me that he had a mixup and double booked And then tried to put me with another person that had no idea what to do with my hair texture. Luckily, a salon in Mesquite was able to take me in, but this was a horrible experience and I will never go back.

Visited Gloria for a braxilian blow out and she said whatever i did my hair would be straight for up to 4 months. I used the shampoo she recommended and 2 days later my hair is curly. In process of trying to get refund

Regarding Groupon Message by Mychelle. I didn't get much communication back once I mentioned Groupon. Same day was not available (which is understandable) but then -No response to get an appointment scheduled.

Color Specialist Ashton Hendrick does an awesome job with hair color and highlights!
I have never found anyone that can get the color perfect every time.
I have also had Paula cut my hair at this location and she did a fantastic job!
If you are new here give them a try you will love your hair.

Mary Brown has been my stylist for the last 3 years and she never disappoints. She’s done my color and haircuts and always a great job. Equally great is her personality. Always upbeat and loves hearing about my family and events.
If you are looking for a hair stylist in the Rockwall area, I highly recommend!

I had went into get a hair trim and highlights in August 2021 and my appointment was booked with Gloria Alvarado. When I asked for a trim she cut my hair shorter than what I had asked for and also added layers that were uneven. She then applied bleach in my hair in preparation for highlights in which she carelessly slapped on my scalp which even got on my arm. In between my appointment another client comes in and asks for a quick trim and Gloria makes me wait with bleach on my hair nearly 10 minutes past my wash time as she proceeds to cut this other clients hair, til this day my hair is absolutely damaged due to the chemical burn, I don’t ever write reviews but she was so unprofessional and she has greatly affected my hair.Services: Hair coloring

Colorist wasn't great. Came out with what we used to call "streaks" back in the day. Was looking for high and lowlights. .not so much. Cut was good.... But May need to move on for a great color expert. For the price.... I was I unhappy with the outcome.

I have been to several hair salons in Rockwall and finally found a fabulous hair stylist Mary brown . She’s amazing with coloring my hair blonde and cuts my hair just like I want . If you’re considering coming to get your hair colored, I INSIST you don’t come here. Their hair dresser; Claudia, is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t do a very good job with the 1st appointment, wanting to charge me $270 I let her know that I wasn’t satisfied with the experience and she lowered it to $200 for convince because we had to schedule another. We decided on a day but she said she’ll message me the time, she never message me back. The day we planned for was about 3 weeks out so I waited and message her the day before about the time and she responds by telling me the price of tomorrow‘s appointment, $150. I was confused about the price so when I asked her about it she never replied back. Next day comes and I called her twice. No answer, so I just went up there. She said she’s had a “busy week” and wanted me to come back at 5. So I said ok then she messages me an hr later asking if we can push it to tomorrow instead… I call her to discuss the matter and her excuses included: Only having 1 car to use, needing to pick up kids, and not having the color in stock. I told her on the 1st appointment that I couldn‘t do any other day but the one we chose because I would be flying out afterwards and she didn’t even care enough to ACTUALLY Schedule an Appointment and just winged it. Moral of the story, don’t go to get your hair dyed by Claudia. Unprofessional and LowQuality.Service: Hair coloring
