Wouldn't buy a thing or recommend anybody to do business here for simple fact anytime your employee mrs willess that represents your company sends me a nasty messenger message cursing at me like a child. .hope she enjoyed my response..ya ll employ some real.nasty mouth trash women. It has been a month since we had dealt with the closing of a home in Royse city, the realtor is Julie Garcia, the home that we purchased from the realtor promised us that it would be cleaned and a makeready of the home before we move in, this was never done, we called Julie, Julie promised us that she would pay the bill, the complete bill is only $145, now fast forward one month, And now she’s saying she’s only willing to pay $100, the home was $350,000, and she got 3% of the money, and she cannot pay $145 cleaning bill which she promised at the time of closing, I don’t have anything in writing, I didn’t know that I would have to over a clean and Bill, shame on you Julie, you should stand behind what you say, anybody dealing with this company please make sure you have everything in writing and don’t trust what they say , Obviously their words don’t mean anything, I don’t know why I’m having to go through all this just to try to get paid for cleaning someone else’s mess, Keller Williams , Bad business will drive a company in the ground, all of this over $145 bill,

I have to tell ya, my experience with Rod and his entire team could not have gone better. The process was frictionless, communication was immediate and the entire team was just incredible. I and updating this review after using them again for a recent house purchase and this time things were handled completely different than the last time. They went out fo their way to handle my closing, and Blake (the real estate agent) was amazing! ty for taking such good care of us!
This was not a good experience, our realtor was Janna Prinz and it was a nightmare from the beginning, no communication, issue after issue, we then asked her to take us to see apartments and she didn't show up and sent another lady that had no idea where the places were, we got lost couple of times. Just think this company is more interested in the big homes that make lots of money and forget about the rest of us. Won't use them again in the future.

I’ve never had an experience with real estate until my mother got sick, and my brother and I moved home to take care of her. We ended up taking care of her for the better part of two years until it got too much to manage. The house was on a one acre lot in Rowlett, and as you can imagine, was a lot of work to maintain. Before my father passed my parents bought a lot out in Heath and used Rod and his team, therefore I recognized the name. I called him when it was time to sell, and he came out and took a look. Rod and his team did so much, and Ashlea was an integral part in keeping me updated every single day and answering any of my questions. She did so much work to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Of course selling is sometimes stressful, but this experience was one of the best I’ve had with people who genuinely care about being great people and helping as much as they can. Jodi Vinson (an amazing interior designer on the team) came out and took a look and gave her recommendations on what should be updated. We followed her advice and took a couple of months preparing the house. She gave us great info to all the resources for the estate sale (Chris Johnson did an amazing job), repairmen, etc. I don’t know where I would be without this team. The house went on the market and sold within the first week. By far the one of the easier experiences in my life. Like I said, they are genuine people who care and take heart in your home. The house sold for listing price and we couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend this team and will absolutely be using them for anything real estate related for the rest of my life. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. Can’t wait to reconnect in the future.
