We spend $5000 on this latest transaction with our sales rep BEN he fail to inform us that we will need to assemble the chairs. Upon arrival we don't have any tools, or anybody to assemble. This is terrible. I would've gladly paid more to have a turnkey delivery, but he failed to mention this upon the sale. Not happy with the customer service Ben called us back and extremely rude I'm shocked rooms to go would have this level of customer service.

The service was great. They had a large selection of different types of furniture, including more traditional styles that won't look dated in a few years. The prices were reasonable.

Shopping for living room furniture and we were being helped by a very wonderful sales lady named Adriana. 2 managers came out to the sales floor and started ganging up on her about some issue that happened in the store.....in front of us and other customers. Shameful and embarrassing the treatment of an employee in front of customers. Adriana had tears in her eyes as she was apologizing to us for the incident. The male and female manager created a very hostile shopping and work environment. Shameful!! Never will shop RTG again!

Shopping for furniture for our new home was a breeze! We visited this Rockwall location and were pleasantly greeted by Johnnie Knight. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped us to review stock and availability for several furniture items. He also explained the warranty protection options very throughly; with small children these things matter.We ordered our items and were provided with an email confirmation with detailed description of our purchase, warranty coverage and delivery.This is our 2nd or 3rd purchase from Rooms to Go locations and would definitely recommend. We are excited for our scheduled delivery!

Great experience. We needed to replace a matress and were greeted at the door by Reggie. Super super nice gentleman. Was very professional and easy going. Took care of all our need with no pressure. Any time we go back we will ask for him. Highly recommend the store and the salesman. We were at the Rooms to Go in Rockwall, Tx.

Is one star the lowest I can give? Their delivery company is just awful. And to think we paid for delivery! We were given a delivery windows of 9-12 on sept 9. After 1200 came and went I called only to find out they changed the delivery time to 2-6 pm. And we were not notified. That's our entire Saturday wasted as we wait for this delivery. Just an awful experience. Definitely would not recommend a testing anything from this store

On 7/15/23 we paid nearly $5,000 cash for a loveseat, table, end table, and desk. The loveseat works great (heated and massaging). The table and end tables were scratched. They came out here and touched them up with a dark marker. Not a big deal. The desk. A $1300 desk, did not have all the parts shipped with it. A short phone call and they were coming out on Tuesday the next week to fix it. Tuesday comes and no show, you call and they deny everything and say they'll be out Saturday. On Saturday, they came out and only had half of the desk. Fast forward to the following Saturday (15 days later) they show up again, without the correct parts. Bottom line, they will take your money, tell you stories, yet not deliver on their promises. Stay away...stay far away.

I purchased from this store. Sales person was perfect. my issue is with their delivery. Lack of professionalism. Lack of communication with customers. Lack of communication between their employees. Lack of comprehension towards customers. I waited for weeks for my furniture to be delivered. My house is outside city limits so they only deliver once a week. I had to request a special day off at my job. First, they gave me a time frame of delivery from 10-3, then they change it from 12-4. I called almost 45 minutes late to check on eta, they said they were on route and should be there soon. Then all the sudden I get a call at 6pm saying that their truck broke down and delivery was cancelled. So at this point I was the one that needed to comprehend this and that... Ok so I was comprehensive and they told me that they were going to deliver next day between 9-3pm. I told CS agent to get me a call like minimum 1 hr before they get there, and CS agent said yes. I work 1 hr from home....and the next day I get a call and it was the delivery driver and told me that he was outside and he can not wait more than 10 minutes...I called CS and told them that I could get some one there in less than 20 minutes. So, I had to wait 9 hrs the day before and you didn't even bother to let me know you had issues and I had to be comprehensive and now that you FAILED again to notify me when you were on route...you could not wait 20 minutes on me. CS was not able to do anything. Delivery CS was not able to do anything.

This is my second purchase from Johnnie at the Rockwall store. I took my sister to look at living room furniture and after she made her purchase, I asked about a mattress for my bedroom. We found a Purple Mattress that was on sellout as was the adjustable base. Such a good deal my husband decided to buy it on the spot. Surprise to me, I thought we were just looking. We specifically asked for Johnnie since we had already bought a living room set from him several months ago. He’s great. No pressure.

My husband and I went in looking for a new sofa yesterday on a whim. We wanted leather and reclining seats. We went to the Rooms to Go in Rockwall. They had a large selection. We found a set we really liked that was on sale. We also bought tables and a beautiful rug. The service there was great. All the staff was warm and welcoming, and no one followed us around or pressured us. Adriana Smith greeted us at the door and helped us through the sale process. She was friendly, relaxed and helpful. It was a good experience.

Terrible customer service & no accountability - Buy your furniture somewhere else:Once you buy your furniture, there is no accountability. The Rooms to Go department built my bed frame incorrectly and gave me a broken stool on delivery. I have a called the customer service department over 8 times to resolve this issue.I have called for over a month to get an appointment that meets my schedule and waited 2 weeks for the appointment that was scheduled for today. I received confirmation from the customer service department 24 hours in advance, and took the day off to ensure that I would be here for the service. Today, they claimed there was no appointment. My call from yesterday was not logged or documented by costumer service. There is no recourse but accepting another appointment at a later date and taking another day off.Shopping for your furniture is great. Once you have it, you are on your own. Good luck if the items you receive are broken or put together incorrectly. You aren't their problem anymore.

We bought a $500 lift chair for my mom and bought the additional warranty. She used it for 2 days. It was very stiff and horribly uncomfortable. She had a stroke a few days later and we were in the hospital for 28 days. Upon our return home the chair was even more uncomfortable. We asked Rooms to Go for a refund or even a store credit and were refused both. We had the chair a total of 32 days and she used it maybe 5 days and we even had a full cover on it. I know they could have given us at least a credit. Awful customer service and a waste of $606.00. Never buying from Rooms to Go again.

Like most businesses, customer service is great when everything goes as planned. However, how good is the customer service when unexpected events happen? Well Rooms to Go is shocking. I won't bore you with the details, but Rooms to Go in Rockwall, TX made a mistake and could care less how it affected the customer. They could care less about how much time, effort, and money you wasted because of their incompetence. Assistant Manager Al Rodriguez was completely useless. Is indifference to the situation was very disappointing.

Mike was amazing. He went above an beyond to help us. He really listened to what me and my daughter said we liked and what we needed for my mother in a sectional. He even helped pick out a few around us to minimize my steps because of my hurt leg.
