Why at this location is impossible to find good items.. I’ve noticed that their shoe racks are always empty and when they get good items are always on a rack by the register like if they are on hold for someone.

Cashier & Front end supervisor were polite & very nice. I needed a last minute outfit for an interview same morning. Got there at open so was able to get an outfit. The staff was nice enough to let me change into the outfit after I paid... The fitting room last lady was a different story. I used to work at Ross a looong time ago she was on a weird power trip. She didn't believe I had permission to change into the clothes into the store. I even told her radio the front door verification. She said she didn't know who was working in the front blah blah blah... Lady acted like a troll until I finally said how about I just go up there and wait in line and ask the cashier or team lead to come back with me. She finally got on her walkie & confirmed. Weirdo

Selection is great, very clean and organized. Down sides are some items had no tags/Ross prices and the person overseeing the bathrooms/changing rooms was short tempered and rude.
