I went to the Sally’s Beauty Supply and spoke to Billie & Mya. They were so helpful and friendly and so professional. They told me about a promotion they were running and helped save me money. This is a smaller Sally’s, but with a pretty decent selection for the size! The ladies here are nice, and can help you if you need help with basics of dying your hair.

Love this store! Alisha, the manager, is so knowledgeable and friendly. She was also informed on sales and showed me how to save a bunch of money by buying 4/$20 instead of singles like I normally get. I highly suggest the Rockwall location.

I love Sally's of course, but this specific location is my favorite. Not only is the store always immaculately clean and organized, but it has THE BEST MANAGER EVER! Seriously, Alicia is awesome! Customer service is a top priority for her, no doubt! She is always ready to answer any questions about a product or give a suggestion based on her knowledge of the products. She is even a motivator and genuinely kindhearted. Definitely someone I look forward to seeing during my shopping experience. Nicole is friendly and has been helpful on several occasions with her knowledge of the products.. Then today when I called the store, and was promptly greeted by Val who answered in an enthusiastically professional manner. Keep up the good work ladies!

I was in the store today for hair color and the manager Evelyn is absolutely the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen. Very rude. I was asking questions & she kept rolling her eyes acting as if it was bothering her to help me.I do not recommend going in there if she is working.

the manager there was absolutely rude to her employees & stressed everyone else out in the store! she had an employee out in 30 degree weather cleaning windows & yelling at her infront of customers that she was doing it wrong. this is not acceptable, when you are a manager you encourage your team, you don't belittle them! we will not be returning to this sally's because of her. i didn't catch her name but she was working at 6pm on 2/19/21!

Every time I come to this Sally’s there is only one person working the same person. So I have to wait in line for 30 min to ask a question. They are too busy to say hello. Which i understand how hard it can be the only one working but if you go to the one in Rowlett they have 4 people there all ready to greet you. So I don’t recommend it here since they only have one person working at all times

I placed an order and my husband went to pick up tonight per my email of my order being ready, also before closing (before 7) unfortunately even as he could see other customers inside he was told no from a locked door. To turn him away knowing he was handicapped and a little slower but still before closing is unprofessional and distasteful.
