Went To this Sephora, and had the worst experience there. I tried getting help, but no one was willing to help. I asked a couple of the Associates if they could help me out with certain questions I had about foundations. One of them gave me .5 seconds of her attention and went back to talking to her coworkers regarding as to who is closing and who is not. I then proceeded to ask her again if she could help me and she let out a sigh and just seemed annoyed overall.
I found what I needed and when I was checking out the girl her name is Emma she then stopped in the middle of the transaction and went to do something else ? It was super odd, because she didn’t even bother to excuse herself she just walked off. This hasn’t been the only time I have came to this Sephora to buy stuff and it seems like each time the customer service gets worse and worse.

Worst interaction in this Sephora!! The girls there can not be bothered with simple questions with out sighing in annoyance. Specifically a heavier set young girl with blond hair( I didn’t catch her name cause I was too embarrassed to look up from them sighing and giggling) don’t bother coming here if you want any type of assistance. They might even be bothered by you asking them to be checked out. Never again! They seem to just chitchat between themselves and talk bad about customers. (I overheard them as I was walking up to ask for assistance)

There's a girl that works here who never wears make-up that is extremely rude. She treats customers like they're an annoyance, beneath her & ultimately stupid. This treatment along with the limited stock & damaged testers I try b5ut to go here unless I'm already at Kohl's for another reason.

They usually don’t have what you need so you have to drive 20+ miles to one of the stand alone stores - then you’re not allowed to return anything from the stand alone store there so have to drive 20+ miles all the way back. It’s ridiculous. I’ll just go to Ulta because they make it simple.

I recently visited Sephora and had a great experience. All the employees were very nice and generous, especially Vidhi, she helped me found my perfect foundation match. She was very patient as I tried couple of brands and at last found the one that I liked.

I recently had a disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Sephora where I felt stereotyped and followed. After politely declining assistance from the same employee multiple times, I was also told I could place my items—two Patrick Ta blushes—at the front for holding, despite them being easy to carry. Even after declining and explaining my reasoning of not knowing what shade I wanted the conversation of “needing help” continued despite my now short and irritated response.I continued to feel watched throughout my time in the store, which I cut short due to the feeling.
What stood out further was the difference in how I was treated compared to another customer who was not given the same level of attention (which was obviously for a reason) . Although I went ahead with my purchase, I ultimately returned the items after visiting a different location where I was more welcomed.
When I returned the products, I was assisted by the same employee involved my initial experience. I chose not to share the reason for the return with her to not escalate the situation, but I feel it is important to express that no product or brand warrants the kind of behavior I encountered. I typically don’t have these issues and really do feel as if the situation was a stereotype.

S/o to my girly Melissa! She was in the middle of stocking and was happy to help me! She matched me with my perfect concealer and foundation (I’m in the middle of a makeup overhaul, out with the old in with the new! Bye 2016!) lol anyway she was super helpful with recommendations and made me a couple samples to take home and try. Both ladies on the floor were very attentive to every customer, this Sephora is 10/10 especially for a kohls location.

They have a very limited selection, but that’s not the worst part. Their service is probably some of the worst I’ve ever seen with untrained people and literally a complete lack of attentiveness or any sort of sense of urgency.
