I went to Sephora feeling frustrated because I no longer loved how my usual makeup looked. Alan greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. I told him my concern and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He taught me so much about makeup in just a few minutes, so I trusted him and I bought all the products that he recommended.
