No one greeted me when I entered 10 minutes after they were open. The 2 girls working were busy talking to each other about nonsense, and I had to interrupt to ask them for help.

I went to Sephora feeling frustrated because I no longer loved how my usual makeup looked. Alan greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. I told him my concern and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He taught me so much about makeup in just a few minutes, so I trusted him and I bought all the products that he recommended. It’s been a few weeks now and every time I apply my makeup I am in love with it again. So happy! Thanks Alan!

I just had a really uncomfortable experience at this Sephora. I walked in the store & was not greeted, there were two ladies working both literally walked right past, didn’t speak, nor did they ask if i needed any assistance. They asked the other lady in the store if she needed help but not me & I hate to make this a racial situation but of course I’m a woman of color being treated this way. I was in the store for about 20 min they had almost everything I needed but I decided not to purchase anything for lack of customer service.

Now that kohls owns Sephora I may never be back. The people working there no longer have any clue as to what they are doing. My go to beauty store is now a no go. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Can't use regular sephora gift cards here. can only use kohls sephora gift card. whatever the F that means. wasted my time here. You're all the same store with the same products.

I opened a charge account in October 24, 2021. We purchased $33.00 on clothing on the new account. January 20th, 2022 there was an email that said I had not paid on the account and that the amount now owed was $90.00 with two months of late fee's and interest. After that email I called and asked why I never received a statement in November and December, either by snail male or email. They said it was sent but they never said how. I went back to my email account and searchEd. There were 35 emails. One email in late October congratulating me for the new charge card, one on January 20th saying I was in errors on my account and 33 telling me about sales and specials. Capital One is the underwriter on the account and they were useless trying to solve this issue. Funny how after I called to complain (January 24th) I received three snail mail letters from this sorry company. One with a statement, January 24th, one letter saying that they were reviewing my complaint (January 27th, and today, January 31st saying that them destroying my credit rating was my fault and they bore no responsibility. All I can say is I would rate this company lower than the one star if I could. They can take their crappy credit card and shove it. word for the wise, never trust this company with your credit history. I did get them to drop the late fee's and with much yelling on the phone to someone overseas I did get them to drop the interest. They still have not told me how the November and December statements were delivered to me.
