Just had the best experience at this location. Carlos was awesome and super knowledgeable. And I can’t believe how fast they got my three gallons of paint ready. Carlos even carried it out to the car for me. Recommend to others for sure!

Fantastic customer service. I went in for touch up paint for my home. I messed up and ordered North Star instead of First Star, which are both light gray. I took it back after testing it on my wall and figuring out it didn't work and they exchanged it for the correct color. They didn't have to do that, it was my mistake. It's nice to know that there are still businesses out there that are kind to customers. They have my business forever!

I have always been impressed by Sherwin-Williams. This particular store in Rockwall, TX provides truly exceptional service. All the team members are highly professional, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I've been to the store several times for paint matching, getting various paint supplies and every time they've gone out of their way to help me. I highly recommend the store to anyone needing paint, or painting supplies.

All the workers were super helpful and so pleasant to work with. I came in with a very faded Sherwin Wiliams can lid and label from over five years ago and they were able to match it. Even called another location where the paint was purchased to get the specs! They truly exceeded my expectations in every way :)

I've been getting our paint from this store for years and have always been pleased with products and customer treatment. But today, 2.27.23, the asset. mgr, Sunny showed even MORE customer care/service than expected. It was very refreshing in this post-covid time where that has gone by the way side. Sunny stayed an extra 20 minutes to help me fix and color match. He was extremely patient and didn't make me feel rushed. It was very much appreciated.

Horrible customer service. They were RUDE!!! Walked in and wasn’t even greeted. No one came up to ask if I needed help. When a question was asked, all I got was a one word answer such as “yea”. After that it was an awkward blank stare like okay can you please help me kind of deal. There was about 6 to 7 workers and they all just stared. Not one of them helped. When it was time to check out no one helped. All they kept talking about was their schedule while I waited there awkwardly to be helped. You have a customer waiting to be checked out and all 6 of you are talking about your schedules? Also, When it came to pricing, it kept changing so I don’t even know if I was charged correctly AFTER I had told them they charged me wrong initially. All they said was “oh that makes sense” like what? You were going to charge me around 80 dollars more? This was my first experience using Shermin Williams and won’t be going back again. People working there need to do a better job assisting their customers. Left super frustrated. What a shame.

I went over to PPG three times they couldn't match a piece of siding that was about 6" x 10". I went to the Sherwin-Williams here in Rockwall and they matched it within a few minutes perfectly. Needless to say my go to paint supply store
