Numerous members of this company continue to harass me, attempting to sell their products/services to my employer (through me, as if I have any say in the matter as to their purchasing - hint, for the geniuses at this company, I DON'T). Multiple times, to multiple individuals, I have asked them to stop contacting me. They continue contacting me on my personal phone, via email, and through social media. I block them, tell them to stop contacting me, but new members of the company continue reaching out.

I own a classic European restoration shop, not far from this business. I brought 2 almost impossible to find lens covers for a classic Jag to be wrapped in paint protection film to protect them from rock chips. The other reason I stopped by is that we have two shop vehicles that I was designing wraps for and wanted to meet the guys and discuss timing and cost. Bottom line, they have a $400 minimum and basically refused to cover the lenses. Obviously, this is bad for business and I will not be using them and I certainly will not be recommending them to any of my clients.When a customer comes in to my shop and needs help, we do it as long as it’s within our capabilities. It doesn’t matter if it’s $20 or $100,000. The owner of this business needs to go to business school.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Took a week of persistent follow up to get my proof sent over to me on a simple window sign for my truck. Came for installation and the tech and myself were rushed by another member of the staff to put the sticker on, which did not get put on straight only to be told to come back the next day because they were “busy”. I live 50mins away from this location!They apologized for the mishap.. after talking things through left there on a good note.Round 2 of trying to work with this company: got a complete run around trying to purchase a lighted business sign…. A $9500 lighted sign at that. My company is rebranding; have a $30,000 budget and I feel like I’m begging this company to work for me. I am asking for simple things to be done. Signs with only text. Doesn’t get much easier than that!

A huge shout out to SigmaGrafix Wraps for this wonderful wrap on our food trailer. The attention to detail and creative scheme on our wrap is turning heads every where we go. I highly recommend them for any wrap jobs that you may need.

Mike Oliveros did an amazing job designing the truck look and feel that I wanted. When we saw the image for the first time, we laughed because it was something that we couldn't come up with but we instantly feel in love with it, so much so that we have to do the other vehicles now to make them match. I used the Rockwall location for install, it took a little longer than I was hoping for but it was worth the wait. I am just now finishing the design for another truck that will go in next week.

I had a so so experience with them on my first project.The second project was promised on a time frame and their promises kept failing. Then was a slight attitude problem when I came to pick it up.1 year laterAll I needed was the same product as the 2nd project was to be printed. I wad told $250.00, this turned into 800ish. Time frame was giving from them 3 times. The 4th time frame they actually got the product sent out. Again with some attitude over text. As a business owner myself, customer service is a very important part of the puzzle.Company might be great to deal with but I think they are lacking on customer service training. I will not use them again due to my 3 experiences.

Great experience! I had numerous questions and they took time to explain and discuss my design with me. Great customer service from emails to phone call to in-person. Highly recommend and will be coming back for my other vehicle to be wrapped. They got my business!

Our company worked with Brandon and he has been great! He improved our logo and overall branding of our company and the wrap looks great! He has been helpful even months after we got our vehicle wrapped with sending over files we need for our website. We will definitely be customers for a long time!

The initial experience was great. Working with Michael on the artwork,colors ,and design was terrific. I paid extra for vinyl decal removal, which was only halfway done. I now have " ghost decals" showing under my wrap. It still looks great from 20 feet away but not closer.. Their boss said no partial refund or redo I'm pretty disappointed. The 2 stars are.for Michael and his help.

Took my truck and my companies van in to get done. From the second I walked in the door, my experience was incredible. The whole team from top to bottom is on it. The sales guy helped me with writing up the quote and really listening to figuring out what I needed, the designer, Mike worked tirelessly with me to design the perfect logo and designs to fit my vision and budget, even the install team not only did an amazing job on my vehicles wraps but went as far as putting on complimentary tire shine for when I picked it up. Highly recommend going by or giving them a call.

My company's van had a window that was busted out - I reached out to Rockwall Hightech to have the wrap replaced on the window and Andy was very polite and responsive. He made the experience simple and quick! I highly recommend Rockwall Hightech!

Rockwall Hightech Signs is AMAZING!! I needed a wall wrap for our high school campus. I contacted another company and was dismissed several times. Working on a time crunch, I reached out to Cooper at Hightech and he immediately called me back and came out that day to get an idea of what we wanted. He was professional, understood my panic and got right on it. He and Michael came for a 2nd meeting and within 5 days, the wrap was on the wall and it looks better than we could have ever imagined. Rockwall Hightech Signs has a customer for life!!! Thanks guys for going above and beyond for Sunnyvale High School!!!
