With a little weight gain, my bras just weren’t doing the job, so I went to Soma. The associate helping me was amazing, super nice, and I wish I knew her name. I got several bras at very good prices, and it’s incredible what the right size bra can do. Everything was clean and organized, and the dressing rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It took a while to try different styles, but it was worth it. 10 out of 10, 5 stars. I highly recommend this location. Love it!

What a great experience I had with an excellent customer service team. Tameka, Ebony and Zayna made my try on process and purchase smooth and easy. Ebony was so patient with me. She helped me to overcome my body self consciousness. She understood me and most importantly, she listened! Tameka was always checking on me with a smile, even after I asked her name several times. My check out process was sooo smooth and easy because Zayna was so attentive. I said I had coupons and she was happy to apply them. Best Sunday team ever!!!

After having 2 babies I was clueless on what size I was and even if I was wearing the right style/size that was needed. Constance was absolutely incredible to work with and I walked away feeling so confident! PSA: Ladies, get measured and let them help fit you! Wonderful experience and will be back!

Why would anyone buy bras anywhere else? It had been a while since I shopped at Soma, but wanted to share that I had a wonderful customer experience (on top of a great product.) If Constance is working, even better. She was so helpful that I wound up purchasing more than I needed. Well done Soma Rockwall!

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience, all thanks to two amazing ladies at the store. Sheryl went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bra. Her patience and genuine care made all the difference—I never felt rushed, and her recommendations were spot on.
At checkout, Diana added to the positive experience with her sweet demeanor and helpful tips on the current sales. Both Sheryl and Diana demonstrated exceptional customer service, making me feel truly valued as a customer.
I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a personalized and delightful shopping experience.

Sheryl was fantastic at Soma. The products are great, but the service from Sheryl was outstanding. She assisted with fittings, and options, took the time to listen to the things that were wanted and needed. I truly appreciate her help and time.

Limited sizing in store. There was not enough staff for the amount of customers that visit this store. Lastly, the two associates that tried to help me find bras seemed to lack knowledge of sizing/fit of their selection. In all the previous stores I’ve visited, associates always make recommendations depending on fitting of each bra and work with you until you find something that fits well. I left the store without purchasing any bras.

I wish I had never stepped foot in this place. Worst customer experience I have ever had! I purchased 2 bras and 3 panties. The panties were buy 3/get 3 free. Two days later I returned one bra and exchanged 3 unopened panties to for a larger size. What should have been a simple return/exchange has turned into a nightmare. The employee could not get the transaction to work so she called corporate and sat on the phone. She told me I could leave and I would receive an email. I did not so I emailed corporate and they sent me this: The form that was completed for can take up to 7 days to be processed which means you won't get an email until it has been processed. When you get that email notifying you of your refund it will take 3-5 business days to be seen on your debit or credit card statement. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
What is this? It should take minutes to make this right by the customer, not days. I cannot believe this is how this corporation does business.

Working with Jennifer is like bra shopping with your BFF! She is honest, FUN, friendly and tells you like it is. She has great advice. She is super knowledgeable and I have never seen anyone take on 4 dressing rooms, 2 people waiting on rooms and training a new salesperson like she did with a smile on her face. She is a bright shiny light!!! Thank you for a great experience!

Jennifer helped me the other day and was amazing!! I literally tried on around 30 bras. She was funny, listened to my wants and extremely patient. I will send everyone there just to be helped by Jennifer. She is a rockstar and was efficiently helping 5 of us at the same time.
