Zips Car Wash is a clean place offering express car wash services with always free self-serve vacuums. The staff is very friendly and great, with kind team members who go above and beyond to help customers, making them feel welcomed. Some customers note the vacuums could have more pull. The location is not busy at all on some days. Zips is now cashless, accepting major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Customers appreciate the donation screen. With over 275 locations, they aim to serve customers across the country with good, clean fun.

I always love my experience here! William is such a gentleman and always provides excellent customer service. The detail/vacuum areas are always thoroughly maintained and it’s so nice that towels are provided. Hands down my favorite place for a car wash in Rockwall.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now. The machine has been updated. My current visit cleaning was pretty good.
