BEWARE!!! **THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD** I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital to help others be more informed about their pet care decisions. My journey began when I took my dog in for what I thought would be routine care. The staff recommended a dental cleaning, quoted at approximately $520, with a 10% discount if scheduled immediately. I agreed, believing it was necessary for my pet’s health. On the day of the procedure, I was informed that an additional tooth extraction was needed, adding roughly $70 to my bill. While unexpected, I consented to this additional service for the sake of my dog's well-being.However, my initial trust was shattered when it came time to settle the bill. I was astonished to learn that the total cost had unexpectedly ballooned to over $800. This stark increase from the initial estimate, even with the added extraction, was both surprising and distressing.Further Frustration with Customer Service:Unfulfilled Promises for Callbacks: Adding to my dismay was the lack of follow-through from the hospital's management. Despite requesting a callback twice to discuss these unanticipated charges, my calls were never returned. This lack of communication has only compounded my frustration and concern over the transparency and customer service of Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital. Conclusion:The significant discrepancy in the expected vs. actual cost, combined with the hospital's failure to engage in transparent communication, has left me feeling misled and disregarded as a customer. It’s crucial for pet owners to have trust in their veterinary care providers, not only in the quality of medical care but also in the integrity of their business practices.I hope this account prompts Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital to improve their communication and billing transparency. Moreover, I urge potential customers to be vigilant and inquire thoroughly about services and costs upfront to avoid similar experiences.

Stonebridge Vet Hospital is a friendly place whose staff love the pets and care for them as if they are their own. My "Maggie Mae" loves to go to the "Beauty Shop". When she hears those words, she rushes toward the door! And, in times of "difficult" decisions, they are there to the very end and beyond. We love this place!

I have an 18 yr old cat, noticed a knot under her arm/chest, Dr Pam was the only doctor who was able to diagnose it with testing and has been draining the area weekly to keep her comfortable, very small charge and obviously cares for her little furry patients. Will recommend highly to anyone who needs care for their family member.

The nicest people work here. I love how this place is set up. The most gentle people. I hate having to take my babies to the veterinarian, but I'm glad I have this place to take them to. They have been my dogs vets for over 10 years now. They have taken care of my dogs and helped us through dog attacks, colds, upset stomachs, allergies, lumps, spraines, cuts, and even when our babies were just being needy and faking injuries.

Wonderful staff! Very compassionate, caring, and so gentle and kind to your animals. As long as I live in Rockwall, Stonebridge will be the veterinary office for all furry family members! Highly recommend!!

I recently had to say goodbye to my elderly dog Allie. They were so sweet and caring during the process. As hard as it was, they made it a little easier. Since I was crying the majority of the time I was there, they made sure they got me in their special room as quickly as possible, gave me hugs, and supported me the whole time I was there. Thank you to all the ladies that helped me and Allie through that day!

Loved this place and our doctor when we were able to see and get in!I have a Bird that injured his wing, I knew it was broken. I knew my bird needed medical attention because I spoke to online doctors before calling due to it being difficult to find a veterinarian who sees “exotic” animals. And it was a Saturday.I already called a few places before but considering this was a “exotic” type of animal it was really difficult to find a place open with a opening, but from what I was told by other online doctors a broken wing is urgent. Even if I couldn’t see a exotic animal doctor we still should see a “doctor” to just be treated for a break for pain for my bird. As any animal with a break someone could give pain meds, etc. so with that information I started to search. After gathering this information, on a Saturday I knew a “exotic” veterinarian would not be there for a clinic day so I decided to write a email to stonebridge and explain what has happened to my bird and if she could kindly forward it to the exotic veterinary for advice until we could be seen. I was sent back a email with the price of the visit and I need to call.Well when I called I was offered the following Friday for my bird. After I argued a little and questioned the timing for 5 days on a knowing break of a wing. I asked well isn’t there anything sooner. It’s definitely broken and I am being told to be seen asap! Whoever I was speaking to then told me there is “other” vets in Dallas that could see my “exotic” animal sooner. And she could give me the places.-As to this veterinary being in my town I did not want to go to Dallas. Then I asked well if she thought I was ok being seen that long for a break then I guess it’s ok. And she was surprised I wanted the appointment time. Almost like she just was trying to get me off the phone. The appointment turned from a Friday into a Tuesday after that. When Tuesday did come our doctor at this clinic was beyond amazing and so happy I suck to them! When I told the doctor what happened. she did state that broken wings are URGENT and need to be seen right away! Luckily my bird was in great hands and he is feeling alot better now.But I did question why on our 1st call and email. When I called on Saturday at 3pm when they are open from 3-5pm on Saturdays.Idk ??♀️ I’m happy with the doctor I did see and the staff I interacted with but as a 1st time caller with a BIG injury for my little bird I was sad to be treated the way I was on the 1st phone call. This is why I gave a 3Because if I wasn’t persistent about being seen I was referred out.I could have been seen and given medication or something. Idk I know every office is different.I when sent email with pictures of the break and everything almost like I was another client with no care of the animal.Which to me seems weird for a veterinary but yet this was one person out of a whole office soI thought I would share! My bird is 8 weeks of recovering.

I took my bearded dragon in for shed issues. The staff was so nice and very courteous to a new comer. The Herpetologist, Dr. Pam, was phenomenal and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back with my little Gizzy (Gizmo). Thanks to all for being so nice.

After calling 5 different vets for a same day appointment, they were able to fit us in last minute and took extensive care of our dog. It was a slightly bit of a wait time but overall it was a great experience. They were able to treat my dogs' symptoms and she was well within a day or so. Love the convenience of getting the result via text versus waiting for a phone call. They even sent a 'thank you' card for our first visit. Price is affordable and, compared to other places we've been, on the inexpensive side. The staff were all super welcoming, caring, attentive and extremely nice. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Stonebridge is warm, welcoming, and clean! We have tried several vets in the area, at least 4 others including inside a big-box store, an individual vet practice, and two other different pet hospitals. Stonebridge is THE BEST! They are personable with me, very sweet to my pets, and my fur babies get excellent care from their doctors. Two things that really stand out with Stonebridge are: 1) they provide care for the entire pet’s life, even to the end. They have a special room when it’s time to say good-bye that was very helpful for my family recently. 2) their exotic pets Dr is AWESOME! If you have dogs or cats plus a pocket pet, this is a vet where ALL of your pets can go to the same place. Since we have dogs plus two Guinea pigs, having everyone at the same location works great! As a bonus, Stonebridge also offers grooming and boarding. I can’t say enough good things about them, I’m so happy knowing my pets are getting the best care here.

The assistants are friendly and always find my pets an appointment. I like the vets which thankfully they have more of them then other local offices. It was getting to hard to find appointments for my large brood of pets so although I’d moved 1/2 hour away I’ve moved my whole gang back to Stonebridge. They are attentive and get the job done right ! I like most everyone there.

I have had many experiences at Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital, some great and some gut wrenching, but all with compassion and concern from the staff and doctors. I have always felt sure about taking any of our many puppers, cat, or turtle to Stonebridge. The team is very knowledgeable, caring, and concerned about every pet/family member that comes through their door.
