During our stressful out of state move it was a complete surprise when we were greeted so wonderfully by the Manager, Ruth. My mother is on a walker and Ruth came outside to help her and greet her. Ruth made this part of the move, stress free, and one less thing to worry about. We highly recommend RUTH, Public Storage, and the location.

Hello my name is Barbara I just rented a public storage unit and the service was great ?. Easy online picking your unit easy access to the gates in and out. I had noticed my unit handle my slide handle was damaged a bit so I contacted the office manager I voiced my concerns about it. She listened to my concerns and she would take care of this problem after she talked to her boss. And surely she called me In 2 days and she said she and other guy will be there to fixing on my door it was raining but she and the guy fixed it and I was satisfied and a happy person. Thanks Ruth for being a great property manager at Rockwall public storage ??
