KOREA WAS AMAZING! I gave her a big phone mess to help me clean up, and she didn't even flinch and stayed after her shift to make sure I had the right phone, watch, and accessories. Unlike the previous experience, she listened to me, and then gave me suggestions, and made sure I was good to go. Korea gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had with a Phone company ever. I just moved to the area and I'm happy to know they are my TMobile store.

Jacob H. Was phenomenal. after speaking several other TMobile stores and repair shops since I was on a biz trip he as able to resurrect my phone. A miracle worker. What an exemplary employee!

I went into the store yesterday and Korea helped me and my son. When I tell you she was the BEST! Not only was her personality the greatest, she help me get the best deal and she made sure we was taking care of before we left. I'm tell you she is the best in the store hands down and I would recommend you to go to her.

Thank you for an amazing experience. After spending many hours at Apple with no success, and very frustrated, I passed T-Mobile on Goliad and decided to stop in before they closed. I am SO very happy I did. I met Korea and she went way above and beyond to take care of my issues. Her level of customer service and expertise is exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about my experience there, and Korea was also friendly, fun and always smiling, even when it was close to closing. The customer service was quick, easy and personalized. This will always be my favorite T-Mobile store to use in the future because of that experience.

I don't usually do reviews but in this T-mobile store they usually lie to be able to sell and earn their commission. They lied to me, offering me a change of plan to 5G and a free watch. I only had to pay the taxes but when I reviewed my bill, my plan and the I am paying for the watch in 20 payment plans now that I call customer service they say they can't do anything I will have to pay for the watch, no wonder this looks like A&TT of liars

I just left the T-Mobile store in Rockwall and received the most awesome customer service from Korea (her actual name). She was cordial, fun and even funny! We were in and out with a new phone and watch for my son. We had the best experience there and will definitely return in the future.

Very pleasant experience at this location. The young lady Korea was a pleasure to deal with, setup my equipment so all I had to was plug it in when I got home. When the service I purchased was not a fit for me, the employees took care of me as if I had been a long term customer.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever received! Went in for an upgrade to my iPhone said they didn’t have any i asked if they could ship a 12 Or 13 said i wouldn’t get any iPhone for 45 days. I said my phone is non functional are there any other options? They said um call around? I called 3 other places in the lobby all who said they couldn’t tell me inventory over the phone. Not gonna waste gas driving over the metroplex. In tears, i called customer service but it was a 30 minute wait. I said so how do i get a phone from my provider these days. They said “ sorry mama i don’t know you need to switch plans as well to get a new phone”. I went to the parking lot and got on the app to submit a contact request. Saw i could do it myself. No plan change. My iPhone 15 will be here tomorrow. Why could this not be suggested? Why are you paying these people who make their customers feel there’s no options to get a new phone? I’ve been a customer for 15 years. All of the associates there need to be let go.

Korea was fantastic at explaining my options for switching from android to iPhone. She even stayed 4 hours past her shift to help me get setup with my new phone and internet. Great service!
