The 2 lady’s at the front desk one my first appointment a Hispanic lady super rude , super unprofessional , talk to me like if I was an idiot . Second visit I try this other lady rude as well ?. If they don’t like people they should not been in the front counter talking to people , so many people in need of jobs and this lady’s acting unprofessional ?\\u200d♀️

My doctor is Dr. Antonio Barksdale. The earliest appointment I can get with him is in October of this year and his staff informed me I was lucky to get an appointment that soon. I have been out of diabetic medication over a month and informed the office over the portal. A prescription was called in but there was an issue with pre authorization paperwork from the doctor. I informed his staff through the portal again. I have been back and forth regarding lack of diabetic medication being filled because of necessary paperwork from the doctor and high blood glucose levels I continue to have. I also informed staff I believed I had an UTI. I was told to come into the office for a urine sample. I informed on portal I was in the office on 2/24/23 for second shingles shot and assumed labs would be drawn since I had reported high glucose readings and symptoms of a UTI and was told no. At check out I requested an earlier appointment with Dr. Barksdale and was told I was lucky to have the one in October.

I, my wife, and children have been Dr. Burchfiel's patients for over a decade. She is the first doctor I've seen who consistently listens to what I'm saying without interrupting me, hears me, and then responds to what I've said. She's compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled, everything I want my family's doctor to be.

Had a great experience at this practice, every thing was quick and efficient, I had my bloodwork results for my annual physical in less than 24 hours. Laura Cervantes was genuine and caring. Girls at the front desk were very helpful with insurance and billing. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

This clinic has the best health care professionals that I have been to in a while. The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful on the phone; sometimes I have been put on hold for a few minutes, but the fact that they are professional and friendly, makes that better. Nurse Practitioner Stephanie is AMAZING. I have seen her twice, she has been so caring and helpful. She cares about what I’m going through And offered her advice and her medical opinion. She made me feel better about myself. I will always make my appointments with her now! I definitely recommend others to see her, if they want to see a provider who will actually take the time to hear their concerns.

This office is very lovely, along with stuff! Everyone was so nice, it was just so genuine and caring when coming into their offices.Miss Burchfield and Dr. Bonacquisti are amazing at what they do! I would highly recommend coming here & Making them your primary Physicians!
