I just went into this store today and the ladies at the front we’re just standing around talking to one another, they never greeted the customers as they walked in it does deter you from wanting to shop and spend your money at a store where you’re not even acknowledged. I went on to make my purchase when I went to the front. The lady was on her cell phone texting, she asked me was I ready I said yes went to check out still no greeting still no hi how are you doing? Swiped my card paid for my purchase, and left. In today’s world customer service goes a long way and these workers are the reason that these stores and closing down because they are only there for a paycheck, and could care less about the customers.

My lil guy is autistic and I had ordered some shoes for him online that didn't fit so I took him last night to get them exchanged for the correct sizes...both of the ladies there were very sweet & friendly w/him even though he's very picky & kept telling them "no-no!" When they were suggesting different shoe types (he refused to wear one I had purchased) ...they were kind & understanding w/him & even suggested the best way to combine discounts to get me the best prices. They treated him like a "normal" child and gave him attention. Alot of times people are uncomfortable w/special needs children so they're ignored. I would go WAY out of my way to go there again & look forward to my next trip. Best Customer service! Happy momma here!

I just had an order shipped to the store to save some money. I kept wait and waiting for a email or text never saw the email etc… called they confirmed they had it. It was expiring in a few days, I wasn’t able to make it… the gal offered to have it shipped to me at no cost. It was such a wonder surprised. She offered it and of course I took it.Nice nice service and now I don’t have to drive an hour for pick up or be stressed about them sending backThank you soooooo much.

I have been a long time customer (roughly 7 years) of The Children's Place and plan to be until my son and daughter outgrow their available sizes. I have shopped on line as well as in many of their stores, this location is by far my favorite. There are so many positive stories I could share about the customer service I have received from the sales associates and the managers. I would like to name drop some of those helpful ladies... Nina, Jennifer, Alex and Valorie are the managers I know that still work there. Courtney was another manager who helped me apply for The Children's Place credit card 7 years ago and she was great as well. Nina clearly cares about the appearance of her store. Believe me when I say she takes pride in keeping it organized and uncluttered, I have been to at least 5 other stores and none of them can compare to the Rockwall location. Jennifer introduced me to boy's jogger pants and me son absolutely loves this style. Even after me trying to introduce him to many of the other styles of khakis, he still loves his joggers! Alex and Valorie greet me with a friendly smile whenever I see them and they always intermingle with me and their co-workers so that they get to know me too. Whenever I have to return, exchange, price match or apply a coupon and reward, any of these 4 ladies are who I hope to see when I open the door. I know I am not the easiest customer to deal with and for that I commend them for never showing me that they are frustrated or irritated with my complicated transactions. I'm sorry to hear that some customers who have left reviews haven't had such a positive experience at the Rockwall location. I can only speak for myself, I feel very fortunate to have built a great repour with the ladies at this location and would recommend and do recommend shopping at The Children's Place in Rockwall, TX. Compared to any other location, they are hands down much better!

I don't know why there are so many complaints about this store. This store is not in Dallas county and there for is not under a mask mandate if you don't like it go to Dallas county stores. The employees in my experiences have always been friendly and helpful.

I got all the wrong sizes for my daughter for school this year. I went into this store the day before school started and these ladies were really taking shirts off of mannequins for me! They have the cleanest store out of all the Children’s places. Thanks for making my mistake an easy fix!

I cannot properly give a rating to this location.I drove out of my way from Dallas to avoid a big crowd. To my surprise there were about 6 people in this store shopping without any masks on!! My boyfriend was so disturbed by this that I had to ask him to wait in the car while I checked out! I asked the lady who processed my transaction if the masks were mandatory? apparently she did not notice any one shopping without a mask on! This is a terrible way to run a business if the customers can run in there and shop without a mask on! I understand it is to my discretion if I am out shopping but if I have to wear a mask so should everyone else.

I will NEVER shop at this store again! The Latin American female who supposedly is the manager is very rude and disrespectful! She really better be glad I know the Lord and have changed my life because I swear I was about to snap on her unprofessional butt!!!

Hello, I went to this store on Mother's day. I was purchasing a pair of shorts for my son. The Latin-American young lady nametag said Aide, kept looking at my child as he was talking. My son is 3 with a speech delay and he recently got ear tubes in and so is "speaking more." Anyway she was delaying the time spent at the counter and ringing me up to keep looking at him. I asked did she have a problem as "you keep staring at my son" and I informed her he has a speech delay. Then she had the audacity to make this statement, "oh nothing, I was just wondering what is wrong with him." I am no longer shopping at this store ever again. Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON DECENCY.

Worst customer service! One girl in particular was just telling us they were closing the store in 15 minutes then 5 min laters again. She just told us we are closed you gotta pay now that cant be done never returning to this store I will buy in carters from now on.

The store is the cleanest and organized compared to the other children's place stores in the metro plex. Always have great deals going on.
