There is a very prejudice lady that works the jewelry department her name is KIM ! She refused to assist my daughter. When I went over KIM was VERY RUDE and confrontational ,0 customer service skills. I will never shop here again! I did speak with the manager but i doubt anything will be done . Please hire people that enjoying helping customers because KIM definitely need to be fired after treating my daughter that way.

Busy Clean store, line went quickly, lots to choose from and helpful staff. I will say stockers can be a bit too much in a hurry and seem frustrated going from the dressing rooms. But things do move fast in the store.
If you move slow be aware of fast moving staff with clothes racks. My suggestion to the store would be have staff use one side of the dressing room to exit. Disabled people are not able to move out of the way as quickly.
Lady at checkout was so helpful and kind. Several staff throughout the store organizing the clothes were helpful as well.
Again it is busy here on a Saturday.

TJ Maxx, the Boujee store that's a step up from Ross. This store always has the latest fashions that include women's, junior, men, and children clothing options. Also, availability of shoes, cosmetics, jewelry, kitchen items, pet supplies, all the bells, and whistles needed to make life easier at a discounted price. The store is cleaner than Ross's store, and you don't find customers just throwing items on the floor like other discount stores. Big parking lot except not a lot of handicapped spaces. Restrooms are located in the back of the store on the right side. Cashiers can be limited with long, slow lines at times. This always seems to be a weak area in shopping at stores, not enough employees. But, they always have a bunch of stuff to look at along those lines so you can buy more. This store is easily accessible from either Ralph Hall Parkway or the I30 East service road.

I love this store. The staff is very friendly. The store is mostly clean. They can do a little better in the fitting rooms. Excellent location.

Customer service was wonderful,but you didn't have anyone on the floor. Very messy because people are always in there. Hard to find some items. Purse selection was lovely.
