Both pharmacy agents, a male and a female, have consistently provided exceptional assistance. The female agent, in particular, demonstrated remarkable dedication today by dedicating fifteen minutes to resolving a matter concerning my mother. I am thoroughly impressed with their combined efforts.

Not happy with this pharmacy / lack of service. I am disabled and switched to this pharmacy because of the drive through service. I regret switching as the drive through is hardly ever open. They've had the same excuse (not enough help) for months now. I get messages on a daily basis that my medications are ready but I am unable to pickup because drive through is closed. I had been told by a pharmacist at the location to call and they would let me pickup at the window. I have tried doing that and they say the drive through is closed and hang up. If this situation does not change ASAP my family and I are taking our business to a different pharmacy.

Today is 12/27 at 4:25pm and I was told my meds were ready when I called on my way here. Now they can’t find them. That’s not as disturbing to me as how many of the girls that work up here have been rude. No matter how nice I am and patient they are rude. They have a tone of voice that is rude. Today I called one of the girls out on it. She said she wasn’t being rude but she was. She was nicer as soon as I called her out. I always feel like an inconvenience here instead as someone who only gets their medicines here and it’s a little out of my way.They have also misplaced my 2 bottles of medicine. They say they show picked up when I have not picked them up.

Great customer service! My insurance does not cover Tom thumb only cvs... so i don't use my insurance for prescriptions bc cvs is awful.

Great service from a friendly staff and a truly great pharmacy to do business with. Prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. My insurance prefers I use CVS but I use this pharmacy instead.

Love this store, only thing I have to complain about is that my prescriptions doesn't always come through the computer here. And it's not just one doctor, it's all of my doctors that have this problem here. Other then that this place is perfect

This Tom Thumb Pharmacy has a drive-thru service window, on south side of the building.The indoor facility is near the south Tom Thumb entrance, with a Quest Diagnostics clinic.Over the counter medicines, health needs, walking canes, vitamins, etc on the aisles near Pharmacy.
