They have the best habanero mango chicken and there potato wedges are great The bakery has great muffins they have a cafe to eat there hot foods in and a Starbucks coffee shop

The prices here are atrocious. They are significantly higher than all of the surrounding grocery stores. The people who shop here are just content with spending nearly double for the same exact items as other close by stores.
Same brand, same product, double the price…. The Tom Thumb way.

I had to grab some cut fruit for my son and some vitamins for my wife. I was also in a bit of a rush. I was grateful this Tom Thumb was open early at 7am—what a lifesaver! Even better, the cashiers were already up and running with smiles and cheerful attitudes. 😊 That makes a huge difference when you’re starting your day. 👍
I loved how quick and easy the whole visit was. I walked in, got what I needed, and was checked out without delay. But what stood out the most was being welcomed at the checkout line—it’s simple gestures like that which leave a lasting impression.
This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Early morning errands can feel stressful, but being greeted by someone helpful and upbeat set the tone for the rest of my day. Great job, Tom Thumb team!

I look forward to shopping here every week. All the staff go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. I wish I could put everyone’s names but Franco and Anne come to mind for their hard work and hospitality. The grocery selection is vast, and competitively priced.

I called this Tom Thumb today to ask about eye drops for dry eyes. The employee I spoke with was polite and gave me the information I needed, which I appreciated. However, when I asked how his day was, he completely skipped over it and went straight to “what can I help you with.”
I know customer service is about efficiency, but a little human connection goes a long way. When a customer takes the time to ask about your day, it feels odd not to have that acknowledged. Sometimes good service is about more than just answering the question — it’s about making people feel like people.

Really nice store! Employees are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and fully stocked and is well maintained. Plenty of parking in a nice area, definitely my go-to grocery store!

Every time I come to this Rockwalll Goliad store for my husbands diet tonic water they are out. So always going to Rowlett store to shop.

I had a taste for a slice of cake or pie. They sell a white cake with almond slithers on the side and fruit topping. I wish they would sell that by the slice. Delicious!!

Traveling from Arkansas visiting my family we typically stop here for ☕ coffee and groceries
We love the Starbucks staff at this particular location (Christina) is wonderful. She is so kind and asked me how I had been because she remembered me from my last visit in May.
The staff at the aTom thumb are so personable and told me if we needed anything please give us a call. Really appreciate this store. 🥰
