This place is amazing. Diem did a great job on my nails. I showed her a picture and told her the length and she did exactly what I asked. She is quick but thorough. Thank you Diem! I will be back to see you!

I was able to get my nails done for the first time in SO LONG today and I heard upscale was the best place to go for detailed work. Cynthia did an amazing job and asked me so many questions to make sure I got the look I was going for. Left is my nails and right is my inspo pic! Thank you so much Cynthia I love them! ❤️

I’ve always just gone to any nail salon they have all been the same. However this was my second time here and it solidified my opinion that this place is awesome. They have offered me something to drink both times. The customer service has been absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and omg my nails have been so beautiful both times I’ve come. I’ve shown them a picture and they have matched it spot on. I like the stiletto shape and other places haven’t done it to the short length I like but this hasn’t been an obstacle here. I am very satisfied and recommend them to everyone.

Holly and Thuy did a great detailed job on a my French nails & pedi without pressuring me about all the extras that I should get... I did an extra 5 minute massage and Thuy did a wonderful foot & leg massage. I will be back!

I really wanted to like this place but the 3 times I’ve come here the customer service has been poor. Diem just my French tip nails and she finished my nails in 20 minutes but what came with that was her throwing my hands back at me and her giving me anxiety when she was filing my nails really fast and digging her nails into my skin. Another lady that did my nails before Diem gave me the most severe “paper cut” with a nail file because she was rushing my service and being careless. I won’t be returning simply because I don’t feel like a valued customer.

Best mimosas in town and great quality work. My mimosas come in a chilled glass with a large ice cube, amazing. The girls there do quality nail art and are masters at their craft. Diem is my favorite but they are all good.

We love coming here. They’re so sweet to accommodate 10 of us and made us feel so welcome even though we were a bit late ?10/10.
