I would like to give a huge praise to Reginald. This was my first time getting a passport and he explained everything in detail, explained to me step by step of how the passport mailing works. He was fast and officiant. Reginald was very kind, caring, and overall passionate about his job. Not only did he help me but while he was making copies of my papers he did amazing as multi-tasking. Making sure people were not waiting. He was very considerate of peoples time. Overall, thank you Reginald for being so kind and helpful.

I needed to make an appointment to apply for my children's passports & had hoped to do this before they went back to school. Mr. Reginald did not have any availability but offered to make us a courtesy appointment on a date that worked for us. We showed up for our 8:05 appointment & Mr. Reginald who was working solo at the time not only took care of us but also made sure everyone that came in was also taken care of as well. Thank you Mr. Reginald for your expert passport knowledge & outstanding service! We sincerely appreciate you.

Reggie, helped both my son and I process our passport renewals befor a trip to Canada to see our sick Uncle. Reggie is the BEST part of that place, hint hint the many reviews about him elude to that! He was fast, courteous, and stands WAY out compared to other staff there! THANK YOU Reggie for all you do!! There is a separate NEGATIVE review nothing related to Reggie at all about routine GROSS mishandling of our residential mail.

Worst experience, rude behavior of staff, my package was very expensive, they delivered to wrong address and didn’t bother to help me. I would never use usps again. They don’t care about the customer and staff and workers are lazy

Passport walk-in hours are listed as 8:00am to 9:00am, but nowhere on the website does it say they only accept the first FOUR people. What a complete waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous.

Reginald squeezed my son and I in on a late appointment when i was running late towards the end of the day. He treated us with respect and made sure we understood every step of the way. Thanks Reginald. Will definitely be back.

We got our passports as a walk-in on Friday just a heads-up, they only take walk-ins from 8 to 9 AM. Reginald helped us, and he was absolutely wonderful so kind, professional, and really caring. He made sure to squeeze in our family of four, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help. He even reminded us to follow up with him if we didn’t get our passports soon so he could help us expedite them. We really appreciated his kindness and dedication it made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I visited the post office today to get my first passport and I had the pleasure of meeting Reginald it’s not everyday that you meet someone with such an impressive personality. He was so knowledgeable about the do’s and don’t’s when applying for your passport it was such a pleasure interacting with him. Reginald keep being great!!!

The APC was fully functional including printing. Priority Mail packaging available in sufficient quantities.
Be prepared to egress from Boydston if you want to go south on 205. That is why the parking is on the side of the building and fewer stalls in front.
