Too bad I have to give 1 star because this Valvoline doesn't deserve 1 star. For starters, good luck getting something as simple as an inspection performed because they can't even do that correctly. In January, they entered incorrect mileage while performing the inspection. So come March, I tried to sell said vehicle and was informed I couldn't because Valvoline entered the mileage incorrectly. I went back to Valvoline to have the issue resolved and was told by a manager 'Avante' that I would have to pay for the service again and they would not credit the service even though it was their mistake. I proceeded to pay just so I could get the issue resolved. Filed a formal complaint the next day. Asked the regional manager to call me back (which I've yet to hear from) and requested a refund (which I've yet to receive).I understand mistakes happen but it's all in the way these issues are handled and clearly Valvoline lacks competence, customer service and accountability. If they can't resolve issues or perform a simple inspection correctly, how must they be doing on their oil changes? I will NEVER go there again.

Go to your franchise dealer because coming here will cost much more in the long run than the high price at the dealership. No big deal that I had to provide my own filter, have before. They first take off the cover on top of the engine looking for the filter and then realize it is under the vehicle. I mention "please put splash shield back on the vehicle. then 30 minutes pass and asked what kind of oil would I like. I told them that whatever is recommended. Another service tech asked what pressure I wanted in the tire and said whatever is recommended, then I proceeded to open the drivers door to get recommended PSI for the tech. I'm then revisited by the tech and told what oil is recommended. I tell the tech to go ahead and ask again please be sure to replace the splash guard and fasten completely. The tech states no problem. 50 minutes after arriving and watching most techs play with their phones instead of helping the techs working and checking the vehicle it's time to pay. I once again ask that they double check the splash guard and that it is easily missed to reattach. The tech said we have checked it during our routine check after the oil change and it has been pulled on to make sure it is securely fastened. So, after an hour I'm leaving my 15 minute oil change and headed home. it's not until Tuesday that I'm told by a neighbor, guess what? A BIG PLASTIC PEICE IS HANGING FROM THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CAR. That's correct they didn't fasten the splash guard back. I'm a hour and 1/2 from the station. I can't drive the car without damaging more. If the techs cannot replace a splash guard after instructing three times and blatantly misinform that it was completed then how can we be confident that they put oil back into the vehicle or the correct oil? What about the filter? Did that get replaced? Thanks guys appreciate the professionalism that is going missing in our society today.

Left a previous review and they were great.This time around Jessica and Maurice running the line were so rude. Maurice instructed me to go to the first bay, when Jessica saw me driving up - she is literally screaming at me to wait. I was not going to drive into the actual bay just was trying to get my car centered. However, I’m like “okay I know! I will wait, no problem.” When Maurice guided me into the bay, she came over to fill in my information. I did let her know that the last time I came the next day my car did not have any oil in it at all, which was weird because I came to Vavoline to the day before to get my oil changed. She mentioned them having stores in Louisiana because that’s where I traveled to and when I realized my car did not have oil. My reasoning in tell her this was to make sure they double checked before I left. She said no problem. Then I hear her go to the front of the car where Maurice was telling him about how i mentioned no oil was in the car last time and said “why wouldn’t she called the Louisiana store.”Like I said, I’ve dealt with Vavoline before and and it was a good experience but maybe this time they were having a bad day or something. Doesn’t matter why I didn’t go to the Louisiana store, my dad checked it and had oil to refill my car, the main thing was making sure they did it right this time. Not sure if I will be visiting Vavoline again after today or recommending them to anyone. I have been in sales and customer service over 12 years and regardless of how I felt about minor things someone did, I wouldn’t treat them this way.

Poor customer service,Also, they were not able to do a typical oil chance. That takes 15 mins.Took them over an hour, and still, they could not get my f150 to a normal oil pressure .Very disappointed

There were a few things that had annoyed me about the shop. But one of the workers honesty won me over. I came in to do an oil change because my mileage was on the sticker and he pointed out that since I did a synth that I was only at 3,000 mi not 5000 mi. I appreciate that honesty and will be returning in 2000 miles

Valvoline instant oil changers did a wonderful job, changing the oil in my car. They gave attention to detail, reviewing all the systems and explaining everything thoroughly. The staff was very professional, polite and courteous. I highly recommend Valvoline instant oil, change to friends and family.

Wouldn’t honor the 20% off coupon had sent me via email. They said it was because I brought my own oil to be used. The coupon had no mention of this or any exception rendering the coupon useless.The attendant also dripped oil on the engine cover while removing the spout from the engine and didn’t bother to wipe off the excess oil. Time to find a new place.
