I came here for the first time today to get a manicure and pedicure and my stylist was Joseph Hung. I brought inspiration picture and he absolutely did amazing and blew my expectations away. Would definitely come back 1000%!!

Joseph took care of me today while visiting Venice Nail Bar, and he did a PHENOMENAL job, super friendly, makes you feel welcomed and listens to what you want. if you visit Venice Nail Bar HIGHLY recommend visiting Joseph!!!

If I could give any lower I would. Not sure if they have new management now but this was the worse service I’ve ever received from ANY nail salon. I came in today and was the only customer there. My relaxing time and pampering came to a quick end when a few more customers came in. A couple sat next to me and my techs started to rush my service. During my pedicure I was cut multiple times the worse one bled for at least 5 mins. Q my tech tried putting pressure on it but it wouldn’t stop. Soon enough it stopped. I understand accidents happen but wow. I then told my nail tech that I wanted to do something more simple since I was disappointed about my toes. She then saying what I wanted was bland, plain, and not cute which is fine. But then she started to rush through my service. She roughly wiped my hands and wiped on a clear coat. I’ve never had anyone be so rough and inconsiderate of that person. I typically go in and see Lee which is the sweetest and best tech but unfortunately after this experience I will never came back.

This nail shop NEVER misses. Run don't walk. Customer service, ambiance, positive attitudes with smiling faces, free full bar, and more importantly, they are true artisans of their craft. They all are skilled. I can attest to stellar experiences with the following:

The customer service is beyond great. The building is very nice inside very very clean and neat. I gave two stars because my actual nails. I sent them a picture just like I sent the pic to other places. Other places were honest and let me know they didn’t know how to do them that’s fine. I sent them the pic they said they could do them. My nails looks nothing like the picture. I told him I want my nails a lil thicker he told me he was doing them thin and if they break come back I said no where I work I need them thicker, he didn’t know how to make them thicker without being even more ugly. My two middle fingers are huge my two thumbs are huge. I sent them a message explaining the more I loook at them the uglier they are they first told me just come in then 3 hours later the lady wrote back saying she rolled camera back and I was happy now my problem is don’t make it like I’m being rude because I wasn’t and I just wanted them fixed. Yes I was happy with the service and how I was treated but the nails noooooo. I’ll never return even if someone paid for me. Basically the ppl that really knew how to do nails moved back to New York so don’t waste your time nor money this is your warning if you don’t want to be mad. I was trying new nail shop because we are new to this area and my nail tech is a hour away but I drove that hour for her to remove them and do them correctly my nail tech even said those were the ugliest nails anyone had come to her with but they are fixed and I’ll forever drive a hour away to get them done my nail tech felt so bad about how they looked she did them for free and I turned around and still paid her because she squeezed me in and she’s my favorite nail tech

This is the 2nd time I came and got my nails done by Joseph and he did amazing as always! I had a completely different design when I came in but he shared his ideas with me and ended up with this design and I love them so much!! He does such a professional job and I highly recommend coming to see him!

My daughter has a medical condition that causes her hands to sweat, and when she went to get her nails done today, she had an awful experience. Instead of being treated with kindness, the nail tech made fun of her, called others over to look, and did a poor job on her nails. It was absolutely humiliating for her. If I could take stars away from this place I would. But unfortunately only 1 star is the lowest I’m able to go. Do better.
